Hotel Adler Cavalieri

Me and my partner had a lovely week away here and we have zero complaints! The staff were incredibly friendly! When we checked in, the staff at reception recommended some places for us to eat at because of me being coeliac! The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great as it's about a 5 min walk to the train station. If we ever came back to Florence, we would for sure stay at this hotel again. Thank you for accommodating us!

A beautiful hotel with a classic interior, impressive wood panelling and fine solid-wood furniture. Quality is evident throughout, from the design to the details. The breakfasts are delicious, and the staff are exceptionally polite, welcoming and attentive. They speak excellent English and consistently go out of their way to accommodate a guest and make the stay enjoyable. The ventilation in the room I was staying is powerful—an advantage for some guests, though perhaps a drawback for others.

So, this place is amazing for anyone that is looking to stay at a quality facility without breaking the bank. Every employee is nice, the breakfast facility provides good service, and the location is tourist friendly. You can walk to the shopping centers in less than 10 minutes and don't have to worry about transportation. The best part is the train station is less than 4 minutes away from the hotel. So, I say this place is more than excellent.

Lovely quiet hotel close to the train station. It has an old charm with modern conveniences. I booked a balcony room and it was shaded and quiet overlooking the inner garden, very cool in the summer evening. I booked the private spa via WhatsApp and it was an easy experience. Clean facilities and a relaxing stay. I will book again next I'm in Florence.
