An absolute gem in the heart of Florence! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella, the Duomo, and to everywhere. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with great air conditioning. The breakfast is a true highlight with fresh pastries, fruit, and great vegan/vegetarian choices. Most of all, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Would 100% stay here again!
This was my first and best experience in Italy! 🇮🇹 Thank you so much to Globus Hotel for making me feel so comfortable and welcome during my stay. The location is very convenient, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk! She was so warm-hearted and thoughtful, and her kindness really made my stay even more special. I truly appreciate all her help! Thank you for making my first experience in Italy such a wonderful one. I would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
The staff is amazing from the room care to the breakfast bar to the concierge services(which includes making breakfast bags for those early morning departures) to the always positive greetings... The hotel is very well maintained and very quiet. It is within walking distance of so many attractions and food. Highly recommend this hotel!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service we received was truly exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Whenever we needed information, guidance, or assistance, the staff were always kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help. Their warmth, professionalism, and sincere willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly welcome and cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will be delighted to return in the future.
We stayed at Hotel Globus for three days with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was extremely comfortable and centrally located, making it easy to access all the major tourist attractions and activities. Our room, with two queen beds, was spacious enough for our family of four, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Storage cabinets if installed would be helpful to unpack clothing etc for longer stays. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and was very satisfying. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. They were friendly, professional, and always attentive to our needs, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. We would definitely recommend Hotel Globus to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
