Although we didn't meet our host until the 3rd day in, everything was as expected. Kitchen access was very well stocked. I asked for a reading lamp and it promptly arrived. I would recommend a support bar/handle in the shower as the step up/down is a little precarious for boomers like us!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our brief stay at Frimi during our recent visit to Italy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the common space included a well stocked "snack" area and a small, cozy outside space. The B&B is located a short walk from the train station and all the historic sites. Only downside is that our room was in the front of the house facing the street and the trolley cars could be quite loud. I am sure the rear-facing rooms did not have this issue.

A wonderful family stay in Florence We had a fantastic time at Frími Boutique Rooms with our little one. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Viola is an amazing host – kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. We felt truly welcome and cared for. Highly recommended for families!

We stayed at Frimi for 5 days. It's not a hotel it feels like home. Viola is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with such a warmth. It was like making a new friend. The rooms are beautiful, well-kept and clean. My daughter was very happy about the small garden, which even had turtles. There was even a kitchen where small snacks and drinks were available. You could cook your own meals. Viola had so many tips for us. You can see how much Frimi means to her. We look forward to being back here next year. Thank you for everything, Viola ❤️
