The hidden secret of Firenze! Just 'outside the wire' but just close enough. Rooms are ample and always clean (multiple stays). OK, let's go! Chianti on arrival, pool in the basement, laundry on the same level + the roof top view! If you aren't moved by the sunset over the Duomo, then what are you here for?
Amazing place to stay. The rooms are massive, the Aircon is CHILLY ❄️, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable We really loved the pool, sauna, and spa treatments. Exactly what we needed after a hectic few days in Rome ❤️ Views from the rooftop terraces are also beautiful
Great location, in a walking distance to the city center as well as other great restaurants in the same area. Fun terrace and balcony. 24 hours water/sparkling water fountain. Great breakfast, and frienstaff. We had such a pleasant stay! Thank you.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard throughout our visit. The pool area was a particular highlight, peaceful (within the adults only hours), well-kept, and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location isn't quite in the heart of town, which would have been more convenient, but it's still within walking distance of main attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
This is a beautiful hotel with sauna that offers an unforgettable experience, but what truly sets it apart is its world-class team. I actually started keeping a list of staff members to praise individually, but it quickly became too long because every single person was extraordinary! Their genuine warmth, courtesy, and flawless professionalism made our stay perfect. The hotel is a perfect location to explore Florence and the many historical sites. Just a 15 minute walk to the major sites in the historical center. There are amazing roof decks with views of old florence. Modern sauna and steam room and pool. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Certainly staying here on my next Firenze holiday!
