Very Highly recommend! Super happy with our stay at this hotel while we visited Florence for three days. The location is central that you can pretty much walk anywhere you want to go in 10 minutes or less. We visited the Duomo, a few of the piazzas, the Central market (leather and food), the Academia (where the David is), the Uffizi gallery and all were less than 10 min walk. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable with a couple different options for pillows, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a nice array of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, multiple pastries, and fresh fruit juice! We may have taken a couple small, adorable bottles of mini Nutella. As a bonus, they also spoke English, which we appreciated.
Our stay at FH55 Hotel in Florence was outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to **Richard** at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. He truly made our stay unforgettable. The location couldn't be better—just steps from the **Duomo**, which we could even see from our window. Despite being in the very heart of Florence, the moment you enter the hotel it feels like a peaceful kingdom of its own, with complete quiet and none of the city's noise. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the room service was fit for royalty—fast, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.
Excellent location right in the heart of Florence — everything is within walking distance! The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant. Rooms are quite small, as is the bathroom, so space can feel limited. Breakfast is average — nothing special, but enough to start the day. Overall: great location and decent service, perfect for a short city stay. 🌟🌟🌟
This is such a lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The staff is outstanding and the room exceptionally clean. The linens and bed were great and we slept well every night. The breakfast was a lovely surprise. There is all kinds of food, including hot food, eggs, etc. and great pastries and coffee drinks. If you are going to book and have mobility issues make sure you book a room with a walk in shower. Ours was a large step up to a tub that had a shower in it. We were fine with it but it could be an issue with someone with limited mobility. Again, the hotel is spotless and the service outstanding. We will stay here again when we come back to Florence!
