Corte Dei Neri Residenza D'epoca

Fantastic location. The room was very nice and quiet, especially considering the location. The bathroom was so well designed and so well appointed that I wanted to ship it back home! But the most wonderful part of the stay was the host, Marzia. She was so helpful, attentive, and kind. She came to our rescue and helped us when the rental car company was being difficult. Her assistance truly saved our vacation! I will never forget our stay at Corte dei Neri!

My wife and I just left Florence after staying two nights at the Corte Dei Neri. We had a wonderful time. The king-size suite was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Our host Duccio was very helpful in getting us settled in and giving great tips for local sites and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Firenze. 🙂Grazie a tutti, Duccio!

We originally booked this place because of the location and while that is a prime spot, I would caution everyone to run far and fast from this place. The internet did not work and go in to the street to use out phone, the air conditioning did not work, it was dirty, so many things wrong here. In fact, other people in the residence left to sleep alone in the airport rather than stay one night there (there were no other places available). When we complained we were told that we should not bother them and were wrong about our comments and were refused a refund. I don’t know how they got anything higher than a 2 star review (I would have given it 2 stars if the internet worked). Given difference levels of opinion, I still believe the 5 star reviews are not legitimate ones. Absolutely terrible!

Our room had 2 windows both facing the other buildings, although the room had high ceilings it didnt feel spacious. The location is very central, but I would prefer somewhere far away with better rooms with this price. The person doing the checkin was very kind & helpful!
