If I could give more than 5 stars, I gladly would! If you’re visiting Florence, this is the place to stay. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The private rooftop terrace was the highlight of our stay—the view is absolutely priceless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
A wonderful hotel with good sized rooms and nice amenities! I'm a wedding photographer and stayed in the room and got the hotel's permission to take a few photos of the couple from their rooftop terrace. The terrace has unbeatable views of The Duomo! It is shared with a few other people and hotels in the building, so there are usually a few people there, but nothing compared to the streets below! When I go back to Florence, this is the first place I'm booking!
We stayed here for two nights and it was a really good experience. The location was awesome - Max 10-15 mins walk to any tourist attraction. It also has a rooftop with a nice view of Duomo to sit and relax. Access to the room was pretty easy, and the room itself was clean and had whatever you needed for a nice and relaxing stay! The only missing thing that I can think about is a tray or something to hang your washed clothes to dry. We searched everywhere and couldn't find anything at all. Either it didn't have any or we couldn't find it. P.S. We made our booking with breakfast included (not sure how much we paid extra) and that was a wrong decision. It's not a full fledged hotel, hence they don't have enough space nor options for breakfast. We only had a coffee and a croissant and grabbed a water. Nothing against the B&B team, but you'll find way better options somewhere close by.

The rooftop terrace offers absolutely stunning views of the Duomo—an unforgettable spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the city. The rooms are quaint, charming, and comfortable, perfectly reflecting the character of Florence. Its central location made it easy to explore all the main sights on foot. A wonderful stay we’ll always remember!
We spent four nights in the apartment with a terrace. While the view from the community rooftop was beautiful and the location was perfect, other aspects of our stay fell short of expectations. The accommodations felt more like a VRBO or Airbnb rather than a hotel. There was noticeable mold growth throughout the bathroom ceiling and shower, and only one set of towels was provided for our entire stay. The building did have a potent smell throughout it. The staff member who welcomed us was not very friendly, though the one we met upon departure was much more pleasant. Additionally, the terrace access was shared with all other guests, making the extra cost for a “private” apartment view feel misleading. The photos and descriptions did not clearly convey this. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this apartment. It was not worth the extra expense.
