I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location was good- only 5 min to train station so can easily visit Florence. The room was cosy and clean, breakfast also was good.

We highly recommend this hotel. Ours stay was partial business and vacation. It is a really great value for the location and service. If you are able to take transit, it is an easy 25-30 minute trip by train to Florence. The train station is an easy walk, just across the river. The staff were friendly and gracious. There is a comfortable and happy lobby with common space where you can work, enjoy a glass of wine from the bar (or both), and peruse the funky Mona Lisa themed art.

Stayed here for about a month for university accommodation. Aircon was great to survive the Italian summer and the room I was in was very modern besides the bathroom. I got to see some of the other rooms the students were living in and unfortunately I must've gotten the short straw :( my room was pretty small and would've been good to have more space... Service was great though, check in and check out were super easy! Overall, the location was a cheeky 10 minute walk into Prato city centre which was perfect! Groceries were about a 5-10 minute walk to get to as well :)

Lively boutique hotel in Prato Italy. Located on the edge of old town centre which is about 15-20 min stroll. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was a kind of small to my expectation but equipped with all the essentials, except ironing part. The hotel will have to do it for you!!!
