Beautiful hotel close to SM Novella station. The Scorpion restaurant and bar was wonderful. Our service from Tommaso and Luigie were excellent. Had a great time talking with them every night after long days in the heat. Sylvi at the front desk was also wonderful. Our luggage was missing for 3 days thanks to KLM and Sylvi was so excited to call me when they both arrived. Also helpful in helping us find stores to buy clothes in the mean time. I’m looking forward to going back because they feel like family.

We came to Florence to spend our summer vacation with my wife, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The atmosphere was incredible, and our entire stay was truly memorable. What made our experience even more special was the exceptional service and personal attention we received from Mr. Islam. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay — from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Islam was incredibly attentive and professional. He helped us with restaurant reservations, recommended some wonderful places to visit, and was always available whenever we needed anything. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference and made us feel more like welcomed guests than hotel customers. It is rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in making sure his guests have a great experience. Islam is truly an asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognizes his dedication and outstanding level of service. I’m leaving Florence with wonderful memories — and, thanks to Islam, a new friend in Italy. I will definitely look for him and choose this hotel again on my next visit. Thank you, Islam, for making our stay truly special. You are a real professional and a great ambassador for the hotel!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Anglo American Florence. The hotel is beautifully designed, perfectly located, and within easy walking distance of Florence's city center and all the main attractions. A special thank you to Gianni for his amazing hospitality. He made us feel so welcome throughout our stay and hosted us for a lovely aperitivo in the hotel's beautiful courtyard, followed by a wonderful dinner. It was truly one of the highlights of our visit. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning with a great selection of delicious options, making the perfect start to each day. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We can't wait to return!

This hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a nice boutique-style stay. The location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, and many things to do, while still being set in a quiet neighborhood that makes it feel almost like a small resort. The facilities are great, and the front desk team was extremely helpful. They answered all of my husband’s and my questions and made our stay very easy. A special shout-out to Alessio, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations, taxi rides, directions, and making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The breakfast was very decent, and our room included some nice extra perks. Edy at the restaurant was also very helpful, especially during breakfast, making it easier for us when requesting options. The rooms are very nice, organized, and clean. My only observation would be the bathroom storage. There isn’t much space to put your personal items, other than the sink, which can be a little difficult when two people are staying in the room. Also, the shower glass could be a bit larger, since the open-style shower can make the bathroom floor a little wet. However, this was not a dealbreaker at all. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, well located, and the staff truly makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it.
