One Way From Fes To Tanger Via Chefchaouen

It was very good organised. We had a stop at a nice restaurant between Fez and Chefouen. The atmosfeer during the trip was nice. After Chefouen we went on with a comfortablele car to Tanger with an excellent driver. We arrived around 18.00 in Tanger.

We had the best experience with this tour. Our driver, Os Labhar, was so sweet and told us many stories about the locations we would pass by. When we arrived in Chef, he told us where to meet him and allowed us to enjoy as much as we wanted of the blue city. He was the best, thank you!

We had one of the absolute best experiences traveling through Morocco thanks to our driver, Najim. What started as simple transportation between cities turned into something so much more meaningful. Najim didn’t just drive us—he welcomed us into the heart of Morocco. Along the journey, he shared incredible insight into the culture, traditions, and religion, giving us a deeper understanding and appreciation for the places we were visiting. He pointed out landscapes we would have otherwise missed, explained the significance behind different regions, and answered every question with patience and genuine passion. His knowledge of the country, combined with his kindness and professionalism, made the ride feel comfortable, safe, and truly special. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the experience of the people he’s guiding. If you’re traveling through Morocco, we cannot recommend Najim enough. He turned our transportation into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Thank you, Najim, for your warmth, your stories, and for showing us Morocco through your eyes—we will never forget it.

The long commute from Wes to Chefchaouen is definitely worth it for all its beauty and uniqueness. It's also a very effective way for commuting between the two cities compared to a day-trip return to/from Fes, or to/from Tangiers given the distances involved (especially to/from Fes).

Amazing experience altogether! Najim was our driver and he was absolutely fantastic, always felt safe and he gave us incredible information about the local areas! My friend and I enjoyed our time and day for the transfer from Fes to Tangier, would definitely recommend! Najim did amazing!!

Overall experience was really good including the local guide, coordinators feom Fes. Especially driver Najim who dropped us from Chefchaouen, he was very nice and dropped us at Tangier train station before the train started properly had time to enquire and board train. Especially I would like to mention his vehicle and seats are so comfortable, first time in last 3 days in Morocco no other vehicle was as comfortable as his.

The driver was very professional and made sure we got to our destination safely. The "guide" at Chefchauen, on the other hand, was very questionable. He was awakrdly making fun of Chinese tourists the whole time (we are not Chinese) and coercing everyone to tip him after a quick walk to the square.

We had a pleasant journey from Fes to Tanger. We really enjoyed the stop at Chefchaouen including a guided tour with Amina to see the amazing blue city nestled in the mountains and learn about its history. We are also very thankful for Labhar transporting us from Chefchaouen to Tanger Med.

Had a safe and pleasant transfer from Tangier to Fes via Chefchaouen. Our driver Najim was a very good and safe driver. He even let us play our own music during the transfer. Our guide in Chefchaouen Amina was excellent, fun and knowledgeable.

The positives are : 1. We arrived safely. 2. The various conveyances were not uncomfortable 3. The drivers were personable 4. The tour guide in Chefchaueon was a character, albeit not super informative 5. The transport vehicles were clean 6 there were nice people aboard. The negatives- 1. we were told to meet at 7:50 am at the Bab Bouljoud, and told it was a mere two minutes walk from the Riad, (to the left.) We did that. We were put in a car and told we were going to another driver. We were driven around the corner to a minibus. The location was only a two minute walk from our Riad, to the right. Then we waited around , and we waited about 16 to 18 minutes for more people to arrive . By the time we left it was 8:18. Why they did not tell us to meet the minibus that was only two minutes from the Riad was not answered. I did ask the tour operator over What’s app. We rushed; for no reason. From our perspective we were given bad information. 2. Our guide was more of a humorist and picture taker than a guide. And the restaurant the tour arranged for us to eat at was behind because we arrived half hour later than they expected us. Consequently they were out of several dishes and the meat dishes some of our group ordered were quite tough and close to inedible.

Great way to get from Fes to Tanger while still sight seeing. Drivers were friendly and van comfortable. We had a nice tour guide as well in Chefchaouen with still ample time to explore on our own.

First stop on our tour from Tangier to Fez via Chefchaouen. Labhar is a very attentive and careful driver, it was very pleasant to talk with him, he knows a lot about cities and showed us beautiful landscapes! Thank you!

1. the tour guide is not sure we two are going to Tangier. We told him we paid the whole trip to Tangier. At last, we got the car to Tangier. 2. the shuttle car to Tangier. no air condition. 3. the driver left us near medina of Tangier. He said no car allowed to old town. We walked 1km with luggage to my hotel. Finally, when we got to the hotel, I found my hotel is just near a taxi stand with cars and taxi around. Clearly, the driver was neither lazy nor wrong. The trip did not keep the promise to send us to the hotel.

Suleiman (Labhar) was a very friendly driver! He shared some info on sites along the way which was interesting and helpful! He made sure we found our guide in Chefchaouen and where to meet him after for pick up! He dropped us off right in front of our hotel and checked in with us later to make sure every had gone smoothly! Would highly recommend this trip with him!

Instead of booking return trip to Fes from Chefchaouen we booked one way towards Tangier. You get the same amount of time to spend in Chefchaouen as day trip travellers about 4 hrs to explore blue city and if you want to go to Tangier earlier you have the flexibility. Blue city is amazing with breathtaking views and they will stop at few vista points to take pictures. Both Rizwan and Labhar were amazing guides helped us answering all the questions and with our luggage as well. After blue city visit our group was split into 2, some people went back to Fes and others went to Tangier in mini van. I would definitely recommend this trip if you are in the area.

Labnar took us from Fès to Tangier safely. We had a good drive with him and would recommend him for your journey. Even with a language barrier he does his best to communicate effectively.

I booked this trip a month ahead of time and they contacted me directly to make sure that I have received all the necessary details. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They send a reminder a day before the trip and we were greeted by one of the staff at the meeting place and the drivers where extremely professional and courteous which made our experience fun and enjoyable. We went with Said Jamai and it was a lot of fun. We stopped for 4 hours in Chefchaouen. We had a guide there and we were picked up and dropped off right at the Riad

Reliable transport. Communication and booking through WhatsApp. A bit pricey for the day but it is expected. Private car and you have some flexibility to determine your start time and how much time you will spend in Chefchaouan. We had Soufian assigned as a driver. Car was in great condition and he was a good driver. He also pointed out a few things along the drive. Would recommend this service.

With stays planned in Fez and Tangier we wanted to visit Chefchaouen and this provided a transfer between both with a stop/tour on the way. True to the name this was a transfer with a tour guide provided for Chefchaouen, the blue pearl of a city is must visit on your Morocco travels! The best part was our driver Labhar who drove just me and my wife from Chefchaouen to Tangier (the rest of the tour group was a day trip to/from Fez). Labhar was very friendly, he answered all my questions and upon my request stopped multiple times at panoramic points along the way.

We were super impressed by our tour company and guide. First, the tour company reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm the tour and pick up location. Then our guide was Labhar who was amazing and arrived a few minutes early even and was helpful all the way . Labhar was very accommodating, friendly and professional. This was really a 5 star experience and highly recommend them. Ask for Labhar!!

Ibrahim driver drives very well, helpful, courteous & safe in his hands over this long trip. Driving through rural areas seeing all the towns & how Moroccans live. Stopped by beautiful dam View breathtaking. Was a very interesting long drive. Stopped at Rif Motel Restaurant for lunch. Enjoyed Chefchouen thoroughly Didn’t expect that. Absolutely beautiful . Ibrahim stopped at lovely spots to enjoy nature & beauty .

Fast and efficient for a Fez to Tangier transfer with a few hours visit of Chefchaouen.

The journey was very comfortable: we traveled in an air-conditioned van, without passing a drop of heat, and one of the vehicles even had wifi. The drivers, Moha and Labhar, were fantastic. Throughout the tour they shared curiosities about the country, the places and the buildings we were seeing, and also let us put the music to our liking, which made the trip even more pleasant. The tour got much shorter than one could imagine. A great advantage was that we did not have to worry about our luggage during the visit to Chefchaouen, as they were in charge of transporting it at all times. The free tour guide in Chefchaouen was also excellent: he took us around less touristy corners of the medina and made sure we understood every explanation, making the tour very enjoyable.

The journey is quite long and tiring but Ibrahim made it lighter with his energy And also letting us decide how much time we wanted to spend alone in Chefchaouen. Driving on the road was gentle even though the Bus some jolt gave it While the guide who made us discover the blue city, a bit ‘cheap words but in the end showed us the winding and colorful alleys, also suggesting places to take pictures In the end everything is ok

It was all becoming barren. The driver could speak Spanish with us and the tourist guide always made sure that all the people who were there understand everything. It was great.. to recommend
