We booked the transfer from Fez airport to the hotel. The communication was really good and effective. They reply very quick and the driver was there at 12:00 am for a flight arriving at 12:15 am. I really recommend them. Our driver Sämy/Sameer was very polite and professional.

Driver is very professional. Car is clean and huge for our family. He even got a car seat for our baby. Highly recommended.

Our flight got in very late and then it took over an hour to get through immigration and customs. We really appreciated that our driver waited all that time for us. Once we our bags, it was a seamless process to find our driver who was holding a piece of paper with our name on it. This was great to not have to worry about getting a taxi so late at night in a new city where we don't speak the language.

We were received at the airport and our name was written on a paper. At the time we met the driver waiting for us and we talked. He gave us several tips about the city of Fez and took us to the hotel. He spoke with the hotel on the phone because it was late at night to reassure us that it was good and safe and the driving was professional. The car is excellent and of a modern type. I wish him success. If you visit Morocco, I advise you to book with him. He is excellent.

Professional, courteous driver who met us with signage at the airport and called our lodging to ensure someone would meet us to walk us from the drop-off point into the medina safely. Modern, clean car and good driving overall. The driver spoke Arabic, English, and Spanish fluently.

We found Samir waiting for us and his name was here on a piece of paper waiting for us, even though that was our excuse because our plane was two hours late, but no, there is no problem with Samir. He waited for us and took us to the hotel and welcomed us and gave us advice and asked us questions. He really deserves more than five stars for me, if you want to do so. When traveling or visiting Morocco, especially the city of Fez, you must book with Samir, as he is one of the finest and most generous of God’s creation.

Our driver Samir was waiting for us at the airport even though the flight was delayed and was courteous throughout the trip. He even spent his own money to arrange for a porter to take us to our Riad in the Medina late at night. Arranged another trip with him to Volubilis and Meknes and the gentleman who was driving was very friendly, fluent in English and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Transfer from the airport to Fes city was excellent. Driver was waiting patiantly at the airport for us with the name written on paper even we had a cancelled flight which was postponed to another day. フェズ＝サイス空港への到着が夜間であったので送迎を予約しました。結果的に予約しておいて本当によかったです。空港から市内に行く方法は他に見つかりませんでした。 ドライバーさんはすごく良い人で、宿泊先のメディナ内リアドの人に連絡してくれて、ブルーゲートまで迎えに来てもらえるように交渉してくれました（そうしてもらっていなければ絶対に自力でリアドに辿り着けてなかったと思います）英語もあまり話せずアラビア語は全くわからないので、本当に助かりました。ドライバーさんは車中でもいろんな楽しい話をしてくれて、明るいナイスガイでした。

Samir est un super chauffeur ! Il est très sympathique. Le trajet a été ponctué de bonne humeur et il nous donné "des tuyaux" pour faciliter notre séjour. N'étant pas disponible pour notre retour , il s'est débrouillé pour nous trouver un autre chauffeur, afin de nous conduire à l'aéroport (à 4 h du matin). Il nous a même appelé pour être sûr que nous étions bien en route vers l'aéroport ! Si vous souhaitez un trajet sécurisé, confortable et dans la bonne humeur, n'hésitez pas !
