This is basically a shared shuttle to/from Chefchaouen. Do not expect any guide or extra information, they pick you up and then drop off. The bus is a pretty old Iveco with around 25-30 seats with an old aircon that bearly can keep up with Marruecos summer. The travel takes 4hrs, than you have 4hrs in the city, and 4hrs back including one pit stop. Overall good experience apart from the pick up location (Bab Ziat) which was actually in a different place from what they have here on viator and miscommunication between drivers/headoffice. I wouldn't believe I was the first one who waited in the wrong location, but they still haven't done much about it.

It was a great experience, the trip was well organized and on time. We had some problem with the seat in the van, which made us a bit uncomfortable but later it was solved. Great experience and wonderful guide Omar! Thank you.

The company were very professional. They communicated very well ahead of the trip. The driver, Salah, was great and the coordinator, Abdelhadi, spoke very good English and explained everything clearly. It's a 4 hour drive to Chefchaouen, which includes one refreshment break halfway. There were only 4 of us on the bus on the way there. When we got to Chefchaouen they had arranged for a local guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a tour for an hour and half (booked for an hour but went above and beyond). We had 4 hours in total in Chefchaouen, so the 2 and a half hours after the guided tour was the perfect amount of time to independently walk round and grab some lunch. We spent some of our time in the Kasbah which was good. Great views from the tower. We also went up to the waterfall. The waterfall itself isn't anything amazing but the walk up goes through lots of alleys and stalls. No hard selling. It felt very relaxed. Chefchaouen itself lives up to expectations. A beautiful place and well worth a visit. On the return journey, the bus was nearly full as the company offer a transfer service to Fes - which makes perfect sense to maximise use of their journey. The return took a bit longer due to traffic but stopped at the same place at the halfway point for a break. Overall, a great day out. Would thoroughly recommend.

Easy pick up etc and the right amount of time on the trip. A bit of information about the town would have been nice. The local ‘guide’ that you can use (an older gentleman) didn’t really give much information about the town

We had a great trip to Chefchaouen with Omar and our driver Mahfoud. The communication prior was fantastic so we knew exactly where to be for pick up. Mahfoud and Omar were super lovely and checked in with us along the journey. Loved that Omar let me hotspot his internet the whole journey!! Recommend this trip.

I have to commend the guide, Abdelhadi, and driver, Salah, for a wonderful experience on the Fès to Chefchaouen tour! Pick up and drop off were smooth. The well timed stops driving to and back from Chefchaouen made the 4 hours drive feel quick. I appreciated the engagement by Abdelhadi. I am glad I decided on this tour, Chefchaouen is a beautiful place. I recommend this tour package and the guide/driver team!!

Omar and Said were amazing, they keep us safe and engaged during the entire drive, I highly recommend this experience. It is a long drive, but it is worth it. I would definitely recommend this tour. The people are quite nice.

Omar and mahfoud are friendly, welcoming and committed guides. They know the area very well and welcoming in a friendly, calm and open minded way. I really liked the long drive to the Blue City in the airconditioned van. The Blue City is very inspiring, lots of tourism, nice restaurants and gives a good vibe. Btw Omar speaks English, Spanish and French with a very energetic spirit.

Driver Hassan is a good save driver and Omar is a very nice guide. He communicates with everybody in the bus, wherever you come from. He speaks a lot of languages. He is sympathetic and enthusiastic guy who tells a lot and asks questions. I would recommend them!

My friend and I had a very good experience on this day trip to Chefchauoen from Fes. The drive was long but very scenic, and the driver Said made sure we were comfortable and entertained the whole way. The other guide Abdelhadi was also very friendly and helpful with arranging pickups and drop offs. We were given the perfect amount of time for a tour and free time to wander once we made it to the city. Would recommend this tour to others.

I’m a Japanese solo. Abdelhadi and the driver, Said are so kind and nice! Needless to say, Chefchaouen’s blue is amazing and fantastic!

Abdelhadi and Said were amazing and the trip was quick and easy. I only took the one way but for the money, very worth it. Good for solo travelers or small groups.

The trip to chefchouen with omar and Zaki was great! We paid p. P. 30€ and it was totally worth it to see the beautiful city. We got picked up exactly like we said. Omar an Zaki were also very nice 😌

Omar was a really phenomenal part of our experience. He spoke Spanish,English,French,and Italian and made sure everyone could understand him throughout the trip. He also was very accommodating with whatever was needed and made the four hour ride there and back fly by.

Mustapha was a great driver. We felt very safe. We enjoyed the drive. The person who showed us around Chefchaouen did the tour only for 30 mins when it was supposed to be for 1 hr.

Jamai Said was the best driver! He made the long journey so much more enjoyable and he has an infectious energy. He’s truly one of a kind. I would take the tour over and over again with him. I also recommend Andul Hadi and Samad. They were all accommodating, helpful and fun! Thank you!

Great day with the the driver Hassan and the important support of Abdelhadi. The trip has been 4 hours long with different stops. Passing through the countryside outside Fez to reach the blue city of Chefchaouen has been a unique experience.

The driver and host were prompt and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. They answered questions that we had about the countryside as we drove to our destination. Our guide when we arrived in Chefchaouen was interesting; although informative not pleasant and took up 1.5 hours of our time in the city.

What a wonderful day trip to Chefchaouen with Hassan, our expert driver, and Abdelhadi, our friendly guide. Although our trip in the van was long, we were very comfortable and the views were beautiful and memorable. Rest stops along the way were provided and much appreciated! We had a few hours to explore Chefchaouen, take photos, shop, and grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant before heading back to Fes. Our group highly recommends taking this tour for a lovely afternoon in Chefchaouen.

We did the Chefchauen day trip with Abdelhadi and Hassan! The tour and the bus trip went really smoothly and the bus stops had nice places to grab a quick bite and coffee. Abdelhadi was very kind and gave us insight into the history of Fes and the Amazigh people. Chefchauen is a small and beautiful city so we had plenty of time.

It was a really beautiful city to visit. We also had a local guide I didn‘t expected. Also, our guide Abdelhadi and the driver Hassan made us feel save. They were very friendly and explained everything to us. Also, it was possible to visit the city by ourselves and leave the group

The tour was fantastic! The tour guide, Ibrahim was very kind and super accommodating. He was extremely friendly and even remembered everyone’s names! He chatted with me a lot since I was solo and is now a good friend! Thank you very much Ibrahim!

Visiting the city is worth it. The only real setback was the drive there. Super uncomfortable streets, super bumpy roads, lack of proper ventilation. Never again.

The trip had a good price/value although we skipped the included guided tour, because the guide was an old man who couldn’t talk loud enough and we could here nothing when we had no place stand very close to him 😒

The tour itself was perfectly balanced, it included a guided tour where we learned interesting facts about Chefchaouen, followed by free time to explore at our own pace. This gave us the chance to both understand the history and also enjoy the city freely, take photos, and relax. Chefchaouen is a beautiful destination, and thanks to this tour, we had enough time to explore and enjoy the blue city. Overall, an excellent service, highly recommended to anyone visiting Morocco. We started out at 8am and had the most beautiful ride. The rolling hills and green pastures against the mountains were a site I would never forget on the way to Chefchouen. What an amazing trip. Our driver Hassan was very careful and we were in good hands. Our guide Abdul was equally gracious. Together, they made our trip comfortable and to be remembered. When we got Chefchouen, we were given another guide as part of our tour and for an hour he took an around town and told us about the history of Chefchouen and the people that live around it. After that, we had four hours to explore where we can eat lunch and walk around. I happened to find a blind cooperative where they were weaving the blankets that were loomed. Was nice to support the cooperative. At 4pm we go back to Fes where Hasan and Abdul took us back they picked us up. Definitely worth taking the trip. 5 stars.

The support and organization was very fast and easy. Reda texted me just few minutes after booking and we arranged the pickup point close to our Riad. Abdelhadi picked us up just on time on the morning, and Hassan drove us to Chefchauen calm and safe. I would like to thank the tour and nice guys again and highly recommend this one-day tour.

The tour was wonderful, and the city is incredible—it's definitely worth it! It's quite far from Fez, but the journey is pleasant and the views breathtaking. The local guide took us around the most beautiful streets, but he was always on the phone and didn't explain many fun facts. He also lost the entire group in half an hour. On the contrary, the crew (Hassan, Reda, and Abdelhadi) were great in both driving and organising the tour. It would have been nice to have more time to see the city because it's truly large and beautiful, and there's so much to see.

Our driver was Said, and he was amazing!! Super funny and kind guy, he made the long drive such an experience with this DJ skills and fun singing! We had a mix of people from different countries in our group, and he made sure to include everyone’s music, including his favorite, Bollywood music, which he was absolutely belting out for us. He made me a wonderful souvenir that I’ll be sure to treasure as well as taking the time to take final selfies which each group he dropped off, giving everyone a personal connection that made the whole trip extremely memorable.
