It was horrible. The agency sent one message saying the pick up time was 7 am as mentioned on the booking. We waited for 75 minutes and no one showed up for the pickup. The agency would not answer the phone. Viator tried to reach out to them as well without any luck. It ruined the whole day for us.

Awesome trip. We had plenty of time to explore the city, have lunch and take pictures. Very picturesque!
The trip was a lovely adventure! An upgraded van would make it 5 stars (this one was old and not clean).
Very nice trip, definitely worth to see the city. Monsif was an excellent driver and got us safely and quickly to our destination. He is also really funny and entertaining. We spent 4 hours in the city and it was plenty of time.
My family and I decided to take the Chefchaouen day tour from Fez, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice for a family outing. From start to finish, it was a day filled with memorable experiences. The drive itself was comfortable, and the kids were excited as they saw the Moroccan countryside passing by. Our guide Ali was not only informative but also great with kids, making the journey even more enjoyable. He shared interesting stories and facts about Morocco, keeping us all engaged. When we arrived in Chefchaouen, the kids were thrilled to explore the blue-painted streets. It felt like a magical world, and they couldn't get enough of it. We had a leisurely pace, which was perfect for us, especially with young children in tow. Lunch at the local restaurant was a hit with the whole family. The kids tried couscous and tagine for the first time and loved it. The rooftop setting provided a relaxing atmosphere, and we soaked in the beautiful views. One of the best parts of the day was shopping for souvenirs as a family in the vibrant market. The kids enjoyed haggling over prices, and we ended up with some unique treasures to take home. The only downside was that we wished we had more time in Chefchaouen. With kids, it can be a bit challenging to rush through everything. Next time, we'll plan for a longer visit.
The Chefchaouen day tour from Fez was an absolute highlight of my Moroccan adventure. From the moment we departed, the scenery was breathtaking, and our guide's knowledge of the region added depth to the journey. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, I was instantly enchanted by the charming blue streets. It's a photographer's dream come true! The guided tour of the Medina was informative and enjoyable. The town's history and culture came to life as we explored the narrow alleyways. Lunch at a local restaurant was a definite highlight. The Moroccan cuisine was exceptional, and the rooftop setting offered panoramic views of the blue city and the surrounding mountains. The only downside was the limited time in Chefchaouen. I could have easily spent an entire day wandering and taking in the atmosphere. Also, be prepared for the hustle and bustle of the market area, where bargaining skills come in handy.
I booked the Chefchaouen day tour from Fez, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The journey itself was scenic, with beautiful landscapes along the way. Our guide Ali was knowledgeable and shared interesting insights about Moroccan culture and history throughout the drive. When we arrived in Chefchaouen, I was immediately captivated by the stunning blue-painted streets and buildings. It felt like stepping into a fairytale town. We had plenty of time to explore the Medina, and I highly recommend taking a leisurely stroll through its narrow alleyways. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the delicious Moroccan lunch we enjoyed at a local restaurant. The flavors were authentic, and I couldn't get enough of the couscous and tagine. It's a must-try! The only downside was that it felt a bit rushed at times, especially in the market area. I would have loved a bit more time to shop for souvenirs and interact with the locals. Nonetheless, it was an unforgettable day trip, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Fez. Some Tips: Wear comfortable shoes for walking, bring cash for souvenirs, and don't forget your camera for those picturesque blue streets!
The Chefchaouen Day Tour from Fez was a whirlwind of colors and culture that left me awe-inspired. Our journey began early in the morning, and the scenic drive through the Moroccan countryside was a treat in itself. The guide was passionate about sharing the stories and history of Chefchaouen, making the trip educational and enjoyable. The blue city itself was a dream come true. Wandering through the narrow, winding streets was an adventure, and every turn revealed a new shade of blue. The Kasbah Museum was a gem, and I learned so much about the local culture and history. The hike to the Spanish Mosque was definitely a workout, but the view from the top was absolutely worth it – bring a camera with a good zoom lens for those stunning panoramic shots. Lunch at a local restaurant introduced me to the flavors of Morocco. The tagine was a standout, and I highly recommend trying it. Just be prepared for crowded dining spaces, especially if you're traveling during peak tourist season. My only regret is that the tour felt a bit rushed at times, and I wished we had more time to explore independently. Nevertheless, I left Chefchaouen with beautiful memories and a newfound love for Morocco's blue gem. If you're in Fez, this tour is a must-do. Tip: Bargain with the local vendors for souvenirs – it's all part of the experience, and you can find some unique items at great prices.
I had the most incredible experience on the Chefchaouen Day Tour from Fez! The journey started early in the morning, and the drive was comfortable and scenic. Once we arrived in Chefchaouen, I was instantly captivated by the town's stunning blue buildings. The tour guide Ali was knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about the history and culture of Chefchaouen. The highlights of the tour for me were visiting the Kasbah Museum and hiking to the Spanish Mosque for those iconic panoramic views of the blue city. The Kasbah Museum was filled with history and artifacts, and the view from the Spanish Mosque was simply breathtaking. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the hike, as it can be a bit steep at times. Lunch was at a local restaurant, and the traditional Moroccan cuisine was mouthwatering. I highly recommend trying the tagine – it's a must! One thing to note is that Chefchaouen can get quite crowded, especially in certain areas, so be prepared for some congestion. However, our guide Ali did a great job navigating us through the streets. Overall, this day tour was a fantastic way to explore Chefchaouen from Fez. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco. Don't forget your camera – you'll want to capture every moment of this enchanting town!
My wife and I had an incredible time on this tour. The journey through the Rif Mountains was breathtaking, and Chefchaouen's blue streets left us in awe. Our guide provided a wealth of information, and we even had a chance to interact with locals. I recommend taking a guided tour like this to truly appreciate the town's beauty.
Chefchaouen, a town bathed in blue, felt like a fairytale brought to life. This day tour from Fez allowed us to immerse ourselves in its charm. Our guide Ali added depth to the experience with stories of the town's history and culture. If you're into photography, this is a goldmine for stunning shots. Don't miss this enchanting journey!
The day tour to Chefchaouen from Fez was a fantastic experience overall. The town's distinctive blue hues were absolutely captivating, making it a photographer's paradise. Our friendly guide ensured we had ample time to explore and capture the beauty. The only drawback was the lengthy drive from Fez, but the destination more than made up for it.
My journey from Fez to the mesmerizing blue town of Chefchaouen was truly unforgettable! The picturesque blue-painted buildings were a sight to behold, creating a unique atmosphere that felt like stepping into a dream. Our knowledgeable guide Ali not only provided historical insights but also shared fascinating local stories and traditions. The journey itself was comfortable, and the stops along the way showcased Morocco's stunning landscapes. I can't recommend this tour enough.
I really thought this trip was totally worth it. I didn't have any complaints at all, and the service we got from beginning to end was really outstanding. It all started with them picking us up from our riad and driving us to the blue gate. When we got there, Ali gave us a really warm welcome. He had us sit down at a local shop where they offered us tea, coffee, and water before we set off on the drive to Chefchaouen. Our driver, Mohammed, was super friendly and accommodating throughout the whole journey. One of the best parts was when they took us to this amazing viewpoint where we could see all of Chefchaouen. After that, we had a full 4 hours to explore the town. All in all, everything went incredibly smoothly. Ali were both so welcoming and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this experience to anyone who's up for an adventure like this!
This trip was absolutely perfect for both myself and my girlfriend. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had ample time to explore Chefchaouen on our own terms, which was exactly what we wanted. Unlike guided tours that often take you to places and shops you're not interested in, this trip gave us the freedom to decide where to go. The thoughtful gesture of providing coffee and water before our journey was a nice touch. It set a positive tone for the day ahead. Speaking of the journey, the number of stops was just right. It was well-paced and easily manageable within a day. The air conditioning in the vehicle kept us comfortable and cool throughout. Ali, our guide, truly stood out. Not only was he friendly and personable, but he also went the extra mile to arrange an airport transfer for us the following day. It's these little things that make a big difference in the overall experience. Summing it all up, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour. If you're looking for a trip that allows you to explore at your own pace, provides comfort and convenience, and is backed by a fantastic guide, then this is the one to go for. My girlfriend and I felt like we were sharing our travel stories with close friends, and that's the kind of experience everyone should have.
I'm extremely happy with the trip. Everything was incredibly well-coordinated, and I felt a level of care that reminded me of being looked after by a family member. Ali, the tour organizer, paid attention to every little detail. The driver was not only skilled but also a wonderful companion throughout the trip, very warm and amicable. The experience exceeded what was described on the website. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this trip without any hesitation; it's truly worth it! I want to express my gratitude to the entire team for providing such incredible and unforgettable memories. 🙏 Thank you!
We had a great time in this trip. Our driver Abdul made our journey safe, enjoyable, comfortable and fun. Abdul told us a lot about Morocco! We've enjoyed the Chefchaouen day tour so much. Everyone was very nice. It takes 4 hours to get there and then to comeback another 4 hours but Abdul stops more that once and we were able to go to the bathroom or something. It was really good, and it was so much easier to get to know Chefchaouen and all the cool spots with a local. And having someone pick you up (and drop off) at the riad/hotel makes it so much easier also. It was really good.
Very beautiful city, worth visiting! The driver was lovely, very kind and interesting. We appreciated his friendly side, he took great care of us. Thank you so much !
Absolutely worth doing again! The guys who accompanied us were really very attentive to every need of the group. They made themselves available right away and gave advice on how to best visit the city, unlike many other drivers who leave tourists in the hands of the local population. Thanks to Ali and Reda!!
Really kind guys and attentive to our demanding details. Very nice and friendly I recommend
