From leaving Fes to the final sunset in the desert, the whole trip was unforgettable. Everything was well organised and stress‑free, and the scenery along the way was stunning. What really stood out was how warm and welcoming everyone was. Mohcine our driver was brilliant—friendly, professional, and always making sure we were comfortable. The desert experience was a highlight, with great food, music, and an amazing atmosphere under the stars. It felt authentic but still really special.

Dris is awesome. Very helpful and flexible. He made the trip that much for fun for the family. Truly professional and highly recommended!

Apart the weather, the experience was amazing: the camel at sunset, the show with the bonfire after dinner and the beautiful sunrise. At the end I came back to Marrakech with the amazing driver Mohamed Buzga!!! I hope that everybody should travel with him because he is the perfect driver: polite, kind, funny, available and explain very well each characteristic point of the trip.

Our driver, Zaki, was incredible. Showed us all the stops, kept us company, zero issues with language barriers, and made quick friends with everybody on the trip. Truly an unforgettable experience and he deserves a raise!!! Much love, my friend and safe journeys to all. ❤️💚♥️💚

I have some beautiful pictures from the trip but that doesn’t even begin to capture how beautiful it was! Even the luxury tent exceeded expectations. On the way there and back we got to experience Morocco’s diverse terrain with our knowledgable tour guide Zaki! Even with a hiccup in the schedule, he was able to pivot and make sure we arrived safely to and from our destination. If you are interested in an unparalleled adventure and making some friends along the way, I highly recommended the desert trip.

Our driver Mahfoud drove quickly, well-organized, and safely. He was always attentive and explained everything well at the stops. He especially waited for us because we were running late to the meeting point.

The tour was great. Although the way from Fes to the desert was long our driver Hassan made the ride enjoyable with a lot of interesting facts about the country and the people. The camel ride was one of the highlights of our entire trip. A once in a lifetime experience truly! Though I had some problems because my girlfriend was scared of two spiders in our tent and made me search the whole thing :)

We booked a trip trought the riad from Fez to Merzouga with a night in the luxury camp, then back to Fez the day after. The trip was very good and the camp amazing. The rider that brought us from Merzouga to Fes, Driss, was very kind and friendly despite the difficulties of the day. He explained us lot of interesting things about Morocco. In the two days in general we saw many places thanks to this trip. Of course I would book again!

Saki was incredible! The best driver and guide I've ever had, very attentive and friendly with everyone in the van. He made us feel very welcome and was always willing to help. The desert experience is amazing, but thanks to Saki, it was a 5-star experience!

The driver Zaki was absolutely the best. Explained things on the way and also made sure we didn't pay too much for a scarf. The camel ride was nice as well, bit disappointed by the guide in the end who wanted to sell some crazy overpriced stuff. And also disappointed about the camp, where they put us at first in a tent without heating (in winter, at 0c outside!), claiming we only booked the luxury tour, and not the luxury upgrade. After complaining to the riad who booked the tour, we were upgraded "for free". After looking at Get your guide, Tripadvisor and talking to other people in the group, there was no such thing as an extra upgrade. They just tried to get more money out of us. The water pressure in the tent was non-existent, making it impossible to shower. Did I already say the driver Zaki was great? So, 5 stars for the driver, 4 stars for the camel riding and 1 star for the camp. Overall 3 stars.

Our Guide Zakaria was amazing! He was friendly and explained everything even what the town’s names meant in English. He also reminded us that the tours with the locals were all included in the price and told us to never accept anything from the locals as they will charge you extremely high prices. There were other tips where to take photos and even not to take photos of the nomad people as they also charge you high fees. It was an amazing trip, with frequent stops to stretch, use the toilet, lunches and more. Highly recommended and recommend to ask for this tour Guide Zakaria! All places were beautiful and it was a relaxing trip!

The tour was amazing. We had a good time in the dessert and learnt the history of Morocco along the way. Our tour guide and driver Zaki made the experience even better! He is professional, have a lot of knowledge, and so passionate to guide us everywhere. However, the "boss" or the manager in Merzouga was rude and inconsistent. We had a problem with our bottle of water because it's still in the car and he said that he's going to give us 2 bottles for 2 of us. But, somehow he changed his mind and told us we need to buy water which cost €2 each. But the problem was clear as he gave us 2 bottles in the end. The next day, the "boss" in Merzouga got angry and raised his voice when asking where were going on that day, just because we don't know the name of the place (Ouarzazate) and he had to repeat the name. That was so unnecassary to raise voice while asking that, as the name was not familiar for us. Apart from that, the overall trip was amazing and we really had a good time thanks to our tour guide, Zaki.

Very good tour!!! Fantastic driver Hassan and equally as good tour guides Zakaria. They always made sure we had good time. Telling us where to buy curtain things, so we don't get scammed. The trip itself was amazing! I saw so many beautiful landmarks, nature and culture. Watching the sunset in the dessert was truly something special. The locals from the camp made great food and traditional amazigh music to give us the full experience of the culture. I also made new friends with the others in our minivan. People from all around the world. I really had a good time and will definitely recommend this trip!!! Don't forget to buy lots of water, you might need it more than you think.

Our Guide tour Hachem was amazing, he show us a lot of places during the way to the desert, mokeys, amazing food, an incredible oasis, among others. But the best of all was the incredible kindness and hospitality that he offered to us. Spent time in the desert was an amazing experience that no one must skip. I completely recommend this tour. At night we sleep in a beautiful tent, everyone there was super kindly, thwy invite us to a party where they play traditional music. Hachem give us traditional clothes and turbans. In summary... This is an experience that you should try.

I have no bad words to say. The experience was amazing. I would recommend it to all. I'm thoroughly pleased. I have a trip planned in October, we'll definitely be booking this trip hopefully with the same driver as he was brilliant. His English was superb. Such a hospitable guy. Catered to our every need.

By all means don't take this tour guide. This is a total rip off. They promised something and deliver totally opposite. We paid for luxury tour and stay. Dessert cabin area is completely Under maintained. I can say it is no class at all. Rip off. The people serving there does not know how to maintain respectable and highly paid tourists. Food is third class rate. No entertainment at all. It is huge cheat on tourist from USA and Australia . I strongly don't recommended anyone to take this tour company. They are cheat, rude and classless. Took luxury tour money and delivered poor terrible experience. Please please don't choose this tour company.

My boyfriend and I went on a two days desert trip to Mergouza - Hassan was our driver, very helpful and nice, he told us a lot about the history and the landscape. The highlight is definitely the camel ride at sunset, we were escorted by a very fun Berber guy called Hassan (different Hassan) who made us laugh a lot! On our way back Hassan the driver kindly stopped in a Tuareg bazaar where we haggled for rugs and that was a great experience too! I highly recommend the tour.

An incredible experience adapted into 2 days; it was spectacular, both the trip there with Driss, who explained every stop in detail and always with a smile, and the trip back with Najim, a spectacular person who made the return trip more comfortable and bearable. The advantage is that even if you don't speak English, they try in a thousand ways to make themselves understood and to ensure your experience is the same; in my case, they have been very kind. We had a great group, and I could stay here writing about each member of the staff and the kind people who treated us like we were at home. I will return for the longer route. We spent almost ten hours in the car with Zakaria on the way, another ten on the way back. We didn't feel them gone. We stopped on demand in typical villages, it helped us negotiate with traders to get the price granted to the locals. He accompanied us in entangled alleys, introduced us to animal markets. The children were able to handle chicks, sheep, goats, donkeys... We made a stopover to feed monkeys on the edge of a forest. Very pleasant trip. Thank you Zakaria

Great experience! The camel ride was exciting and fun and the guys who controlled them were nuns available to take a lot of photos. The accommodation is elegant and welcoming and the tents have all the comforts (shower, electrical outlets and air conditioning), sister recommended the upgrade to the luxury tents that allows, in addition to being alone, access to air conditioning that otherwise there is not. The journey is very long but our driver Mohocine was fabulous. The car is very comfortable and equipped with air conditioning. He drove very well and made the long hours pass early. It also made us stop in many places for beautiful photos that enriched our experience. The best driver we could have had! In general so I recommend this experience, it is worth coming to Morocco just to have this experience

An unmissable experience, to do at least once in a lifetime. The camel ride and the luxury camp were amazing, all beautiful. A note of importance goes to the driver, Mohcine, who accompanied us from Fez to the desert and from the desert to Marrakech. Very good driving, the many hours of travel did not even feel so much that he drove well, it was easy to sleep because it has air conditioning and the car is spacious. He is very nice and kind, very helpful even to make you stop to take pictures in the scenic spots. To do!!!!!!!

There is a sense of security in that you can be picked up from Fez via the Sahara to Marrakech. The driver (Mohciine) stopped me at a photo spot and took my picture, and if I needed some water, he was quite kind to me, even going to a supermarket along the way. Also, the restaurants that the driver stopped by along the way were very reasonable and delicious. The desert tour was a very valuable experience, getting a camel ride and seeing the sunset. The hotel, despite being in the desert, was more beautiful than I expected. Air conditioning was very helpful. But I was a little concerned about the low water pressure in the shower. In the morning, although it was an optional price, I rode my motorcycle to see the sunrise, which was also a valuable experience that I couldn't usually do. I personally feel that it was a performance that was more than what I was paying for.　English.

Serious and reliable company, our driver Mahfoudh very good, nice and punctual. Minivan equipped with air conditioning and comfortable and declinable seats. The journey was not heavy at all given the various stages in between to see characteristic places and stretch your legs. The fantastic desert, all organized and well managed. Highly recommended

Zaki was very friendly and a great driver. He was attentive throughout and told us great stories about the culture of Morocco.

Single mother of 2 children 4 and 8 years, my journey of several hours was made easier thanks to Zaki the driver. Very patient with my children, he stopped regularly always when he needed to, he took our picture so that I had memories with my children, he knows perfectly the history of his country and was able to explain it to us in French and English, and offered us good places to eat and lunch. Arrived on site always well taken care of from start to finish and tjs helped by the company for my children. The service was perfect the clean tents, the meal was really excellent. The experience of monkeys, camels, quad biking, sledging in the sand, sunset and sunrise, the great evening after dinner, all this human side will mark us for a good time with the children. Thank you, everyone. You're great. I was very afraid to go alone with the children and I absolutely do not regret!!!

Well arranged. Picked up near hotel. Taken to a VIP van. Have a nice trip with stops. Long seat, but nice route with explanation of the area you drive through. Excellent!! We were brought from Fes to Merzouga. Along the way we got water and enough pee/eat breaks. The Guide Ouma is very sweet and helpful. Along the way she knew a lot about the area. I absolutely recommend this.

Detour to do absolutely. Indeed several groups are present, the place is touristic. However it remains really authentic. The dunes are sublime even without sunset ... We are very welcome in the camp. Great people invite to share a musical moment together in a good atmosphere. The camp itself is indeed rather luxurious, far from the traditional Amazigh camps seen on the mountainsides. A night in a very comfortable bed xxxl still remains tasty after these superb but tiring days. . For the journey side we had on the return Tarik who despite one or two galleys of vehicles managed leaving us in good hands for the visit of a traditional neighborhood in which said good hands live (better time for the breakdown). A very interesting guy, open to discussion with whom had interesting debates, exchange on culture and especially fun! . PS: search everywhere to find the best prices!
