We had the most amazing 2-day desert adventure from Marrakech to Merzouga, followed by the journey onward to Fes, and honestly, we loved every minute of it! The experience was truly unforgettable — from the breathtaking scenery along the way to riding camels across the golden dunes of the Sahara and spending the night in beautiful desert tents under the stars. It was such a unique experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. 🌙🐪🏜️ And a huge part of making the journey so enjoyable was our wonderful driver, Said. Over two days, Said drove us approximately 1,000 km and around 20 hours, which is an incredible distance. Despite the long hours on the road, he was always patient, cheerful, professional and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seemed like a problem for him. Said was always happy to stop when we wanted to take photos, help us with our luggage, answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable. We always felt safe with him, and his calm and friendly nature made those long journeys feel so much easier. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience, and we really appreciated his kindness and patience throughout the entire trip. The desert was magical, but having Said as our driver made the whole adventure even more special. ❤️

Amazing experience for the price! Our guides made sure to keep us entertained and comfortable. BIG thanks to Mohcine who drove us to Marrakech for straight 10 hours! And the experience at the Sahara was truly magical! From chamel ride to sandboarding, berber music and catching sunrise, we were left fully fulfilled!

Everything was exceptional, our driver was very nice and helpful, taught a lot about his culture, answered all the questions, we would definitely recommend . Everything was arranged, the camel ride and sahara sunset was unforgettable, the camp was really comfortable and clean, good food, 10/10 🙏

It was very nice and pleasing. Our driver brahim charm was very helpful and understanding through the whole tour because the ride is very long and he would stop for us to stretch our legs etc.. Overall good experience and im glad Brahim Charm was guiding us through it!!

What a phenomenal experience. The desert camp and camel trek were once in a lifetime experience.Najim was an excellent driver and guide. He took me to all of the scheduled stops and he made a few more along the way. He suggested good places to eat and even helped me negotiate items in the souks for purchase like a scarf. Would definitely recommend him and use his services again the next time I am in Morocco.

Said and Ibrahim are outstanding drivers and guides! The dunes and the entire Merzouga Desert offer a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Although it’s a long drive, it’s absolutely worth it—especially for those with limited time. The price for the full tour is very reasonable for everything that’s included.

I booked the 2 days trip from Marrakesh to Merzouga with a friend. The price is reasonable. We really enjoyed camels and pictures at sunset, tasty dinner, traditional music performance (like a party) after dinner and for the sunrise we had the quads and sand boarding. Bus trip takes around 10h, we were around 20 people but we did some karaoke, thanks to drivers, Said and overall Ibrahim for the kindness and funny moments. We had a nice experience, perfect for adjusted if you also have a tight time. Best for everybody who wants to experience it

I can give 5 stars only for Ibrahim and Houssin that was perfect driver and "guide", but the tour I think it's 3 stars, because it's so long time for remain only less than 1 hour on the halfway of the first dune of the desert. Absolutely that was amazing but absolutely I never reply a tour like this and never could recommend to a friend of mine.

Perfect trip! We are a group of 18 college students and we did the 2 day tour. Ibrahim and Houssin were amazing and very flexible with stops and ensured we were comfortable the entire time. Our group filled the entire bus and the bus had charging outlets. We stopped multiple times for bathroom breaks, scenic views and lunch. Sunrise ATVs are a must do and the camp was beautiful. Food was delicious, tents were clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent as we coordinated being picked up at RAK airport and dropped off at our hostel in Marrakech.

Our guide Said Erfoud and driver Salah were incredible — patient, kind, and attentive throughout the long journey. I never felt rushed, and we made so many beautiful stops along the way, from scenic mountain passes to charming Berber villages. As we reached the edge of the Sahara, the magic truly began. Riding camels through the golden dunes at sunset felt surreal — a moment that perfectly captured the spirit of Morocco. The night at the desert camp was unforgettable: cozy tents, local music by the fire, and a sky blanketed with stars. This Merzouga desert tour was more than just a road trip; it was a journey through Morocco’s heart. The Sahara experience was, without a doubt, the highlight of my visit — something I’ll always carry with me. Highly recommend.

Excellent driver and tour guide, a big Thank you to Ibrahim and Salah, they pick up us from airport and drop to city of Marrakech for a day tour and send to our hotel for check in. The next day they already outside our hotel waiting for our Sahara Desert experience and overnight, and very helpful to surprise my friend to celebrate her birthday in the camp. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I traveled with my brother. On the way there we went with Mohamed, and on the way back with Ibrahim and Salah. Besides being excellent drivers, they were also great guides. Without them, the experience wouldn’t have been the same. The desert tour is magical – it was truly moving to ride camels across the sand dunes, and so much fun to watch the sunrise in the desert on quads! I recommend this tour to everyone; I would definitely do it again! Rating: 10/10!!! Excellent in every way!

It is a 1 night desert trip to Merzouga. Said came on time and drove us to Merzouga without feeling it. He stopped as many times as we needed. I suggest you buy food at a restaurant in Marrakesh for takeaway before you go or prepare some kind of food because it is twice the price on the way to the desert. But once we arrived at the desert another car drove us through the rough area (20 min ride) and we arrived to for the camel rides. The ride lasted around 20 minutes to the dunes and there we had sand boarding, took some pictures, and went back to the camp. At the camp we had dinner and enjoyed traditional Moroccan music performed by the hosts. It was nice to have a feeling of Moroccan tradition and to dance and try the drums. In the morning it was cloudy so we didn't have the sunrise possibility but I went for a walk anyway and it was nice enjoying the peaceful desert environment. Bring some plastic bags so you can take desert sand to your loved one once! :D. After that we had breakfast and took off. Overall, it was a great experience with hosts who are very welcoming. Said is responsible and careful driver and this is definitely an experience I would recommend to everyone!

For a one night stay, the experience as a whole was pretty draining due to such a long journey there and back. That’s not a dig, just a fair warning to anyone wondering how many nights to stay. However, our driver, Maseen, was superb. Couldn’t have done a better job. If I could, I’d give him 5 stars alone. Thank you Maseen. The camel ride was brilliant. And the guides there are very pleasant and welcoming (they’re also excellent photographers so ask them to take pictures and videos when you get the chance, they’re more than happy to!) Quad biking was a bit of a let down due to the weather. That’s just unlucky. The actual ride was really fun and would definitely do that again elsewhere. The general organisation and somewhat misleading standard set throughout most tours we have done in Marrakech is a little disappointing. And that’s where this one loses a star. For the price we paid, we were constantly berated to pay for extra things - we get it. It’s part of the culture. But a little heads up on how much cash was needed and what for would be nice in the description. Having to buy water after paying nearly 4000 MAD just feels misleading. Dinner and breakfast are included BUT DRINKS ARE NOT - just a heads up to anyone taking the tour. A good 500-600 Dirham is a good amount for the desert. More if you want to splurge on local crafted merch and tip. Again, our driver was brilliant. He even bought water for us during our ride home when using card would be difficult. Absolute champion and a credit to the tour company.

We traveled with Said Erfoud from Marrakech to Merzouga and had a fantastic experience. He drove very safely, the car was comfortable with AC, and he was always attentive to our needs. Said explained the spots along the way without rushing us and recommended great places to stop, including a lovely lunch stop. My friend and I didn’t have much time in Morocco, so we opted to do the one night and two day tour. Our driver/tour guide for the first half of the trip, Driss, was so knowledgeable and friendly. He really keeps your spirits up throughout a long journey and likes to connect with everyone personally. I can’t recommend him enough. On the way the way back, we had Said Erfoud who was super accommodating and kind. He made the long drive back smooth and enjoyable. I also highly recommend him if you are able to pick a guide. Overall, positive and fun experience!

Our drive from Marrakech was pleasant and filled either laughs from our driver Driss. He was kind and made the experience comfortable. We stopped along the way to visit magical villages and eat great food. Once at the camp our experience was breathtaking with an amazing camel ride. I will say a little more direction for the camel part was needed, but other than that the experience was incredible. And to end the night with a dinner and show was the cherry on top. Said Erfoud drove us back smoothly, making sure we had plenty of stops and ensured we got home safe. He was very accommodating and friendly. The experience was great, but be aware of how far of a drive the dessert is if you are coming from Marrakech. It was about 11 hours each way.

Our driver Driss was truly outstanding – not only very skilled behind the wheel, but also a fantastic guide. He shared interesting stories and information about the places we visited, which made the trip even more special. I really appreciated how he chose great spots for photo stops and breaks, giving us the chance to enjoy the beauty of Morocco at a relaxed pace. He was always kind, attentive, and respectful to everyone in the group, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Our driver Ibrahim who accompanied us for the total 20 hours was excellent. He stopped at potential panoramic views throughout the trip and gave trivia about the areas to elevate our experience, such as the kasbahs, ouzouzate valleys, sites where famous movies such as gladiator were filmed, and the atlas studios. On top of that he is an excellent driver and got us there and back safely speedily. The merzouga desert was fantastic to see in person. Our guide encouraged and motivated our group to climb to highest dune whilst all the other groups were looking at the sunset from ground level. We all ran out of water but after an hour with his help we preservered and climbed up the slippery dunes and saw a once in a lifetime view of the Sahara desert. The camp was an amazing experience and it felt like a reality tv set. They had a bonfire and music performance which was lively and fun. The only downside was the toilets and showers which had slow flow. The quad biking experience was near fantastic. We woke up at 5am for the sunrise and took off. I only wish it was longer for the price we paid. We stopped for 15 mins during the hour on top of a dune to take pictures and do sand boarding. Overall I enjoyed my experience as it was one of the many highlights from my trip to Morocco - yaseen🏜️

I had the chance to experience a life changing overnight stay in the Sahara with three of my friends. Our driver Ibrahim was experienced and confident, and delivered us from destination to destination acting as a tour guide as well as a driver. Ibrahim impressed us with his pop culture and historical knowledge. Enjoying the berber/amazigh culture was truly the highlight of the Morocco visit and Ibrahim was a testament to this experience. He even showed is where we could find an internet cafe where we could print out our boarding passes for RAK airport. Thanks to Ibrahim and all the amazing guides of the Sahara who truly made this the visit of a lifetime.

Our driver, Mahfout, brought us from Marrakech to Merzouga where we spente the night in the tent camp and the day after from Merzouga to Fes. This was a one night and two days trip in the desert. I highly recommend Mahfout as driver as he was very mind, available, patient and funny. Our time passed very nicely thanks to him. The trip is long on both days but the landscapes are unique and the experience it self is something that needs to be tried during a trip in Morocco. Thank you for the beautiful time spent!

Brahim and Mahfoud our drivers where absolutely amazing. They treated ud really well during what could have been a long drive but made it feel very short. Very knowledgeable and took us to great places to eat. The merzouga experience was also great and would recommend it. Ask for your drivers to be mahfoud and brahim!!! Monsif weld el khal

The desert trip is a MUST DO experience from start to finish ! Our excellent driver, Zaki, picked up on-time from the hotel in Fez to the meeting point where I changed to a van and started the 7-hour drive to the desert. He explained the different places we passed by, and we had adequate stop for breaks and lunch (the cafe was not expensive tourist trap). Zaki took good care of everyone, making sure we were well informed of what’s next, eg. Camel ride, luggage arrangements, onward transportation to drop off, etc. The desert visit at sunset, camel ride, luxury tent experience were all marvellous. I would recommend this tour to anyone considering visiting the desert.
