I enjoyed my stay here. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they were clean. The air conditioning worked and the staff were really kind. The courtyard with the pool is so beautiful with rose bushes everywhere! The buffet needs a lot of work though. I am gluten free so there weren't a lot of options for me. The staff kindly offered to make me grilled chicken and fish, however it was undercooked and severely underseasoned. As an aside, you do need to pay for bottled water which is something most other hotels give for free. However, it was relatively inexpensive (25 md for a 1.5 liter bottle). Overall, a positive experience though!

Amazing pool area. Room was ok, if you’re facing the pool it can be a bit loud, suggest taking the one facing the city. The room was comfy but for some reason we got one that has tons of ants, it was ok though not a big issue. Stayed for 4 nights. It’s not close to the medina so you may want a taxi Taxi costs around 10 MAD from/to the blue gate, suggest you use meter to avoid being overcharged. The staffs were the friendliest: special mentions to Imane & Youssef for making our stay enjoyable Breakfast could be better
A very disappointing stay. If we weren't part of a tour, we would have left after one night. Absolutely terrible food. Very limited selection at the breakfast or dinner buffet. The coffee was barely drinkable. The food that should have been hot was cold and the food that should have been cold was warm. We sat outside at a table to eat, no one came to ask us if we wanted a drink. The majority of the staff seemed unhappy.
Can’t believe they did that!!! We were here as part of an Exotica tour group. We even offered to pay extra for better accommodation, but OMG, this was the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived at 7:30 PM. The room was big, but there was no water—you had to pay for it. Fine, no worries. We had water at other hotels, so maybe we were just lucky there. We dropped our bags and went to the buffet dinner. What a zoo! People everywhere, and 95% of the empty tables were dirty. We basically had to clean the table we found and get cutlery from other tables. Then the food—cold, bland, and sad… At least we slept well, so that was something. Morning shower, we put our towels on the floor because we like fresh ones on vacation. Then we went for breakfast. Dinner had been bad, but breakfast was worse. No fruit—what? We’re in orange and strawberry season! Nothing. Everything was cold and under par. Back in the room to get our stuff for the day, we were surprised to find the patio door open and our towels left out to dry. We decided to leave a spot on them to see if they would change them. But when we returned, they were back on the rack! Instead of replacing them, they had dried them and put them back. We had to use them to wipe water off the floor. So we went to ask for fresh towels. One more night here? No… Dinner was gross again, breakfast again disappointing. I was told they have the best goat cheese, but none could be found. So, if you’re thinking of booking a room here—don’t. And if this hotel is on your tour, ask to change it before you arrive.
Rooms were nice, big and clean. Linens clean. Pool was nice and nice outdoor chairs. Shower head was broken and sink didn’t drain well. No water in the room as an amenity. No coffee. Food was below average (however I did appreciate the one morning of made to order eggs, didn’t happen the second day). When checking out the front desk told me to pay 20 Dirham for a water that was charged to my room. I didn’t order a water and the receipt someone signed for for the water clearly wasn’t my name but the front desk staff was very rude and insisted that since someone gave them my room number I was responsible, despite it not being me. Not rushing to go back but it was fine to sleep at and probably better in nicer weather to take advantage of pool.
