Great experience, I would totally recommend. Suitable for large and small groups. You can tell the management and waiter team love and enjoy their job and do it well

We had a lovely stay here. Room and desk service were pleasant. Our queries were always responded to and we were given early check-in, even when we didn't request it prior to arrival. A shout out to Siham, Omar and Achraf for their friendly and welcoming disposition. Location is on top of a hill, there's a mall nearby, which is convenient, but you have to take the taxi to the fes madina. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Hotel Sahrai for our honeymoon, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing and we will not be returning. The customer service was poor throughout our stay. We found the staff to be unhelpful and lacking knowledge about the hotel’s own offers and policies. According to the hotel’s website, guests are entitled to a €25 food credit and a 20% discount. However, we did not receive the food credit and were charged full price instead of receiving the advertised discount. We raised these issues with the reception staff during our stay, but nothing was done to resolve them. It has now been several days since we checked out, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, we have received no response. On several occasions, our calls to reception were disconnected. The lack of communication and failure to address our concerns has left us feeling ignored and misled. The food was also overpriced and lacked flavour. We would recommend eating outside the hotel, as there are much better options available. Overall, this was not the experience we expected for our honeymoon, and we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We had an Amaazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Achraf welcomed us and gave us a full tour and as it was my husbands birthday we were treated to cake and drinks at the rooftop bar- Thank you! All staff including Siham, madiha , achraf, nabil and Omar greeted us and always happy to help and make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We were treated to sweets each day and had complimentary water and treats in the room the first day. We were particularly pleased that they offered free ironing service. The spa was wonderful to Siham gave me a scrub, massage and facial, I can honestly say the facial was the best I had in a long time! Overall a pleasant stay, and will becoming back again!
