Essence Inn Marianos

A beautiful hotel, very practical and conveniently located. The rooms are lovely, functional, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The entire hotel staff, from the waiters to the receptionists, were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help us. The hotel is also located just a short walk from the vast square of the Sanctuary of Fátima and a lively shopping street full of stores. It is excellently located and even has a beautiful souvenir shop on site. The food at the restaurant was excellent—and I'm saying that as an Italian! I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely hope to return one day!

Booked a double and single bed which I paid extra for , only got 2 singles. The staff for breakfast are shocking , seem depressed and as if they hate their jobs , always moody and sarcastic and snapping at you, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!’

Oh my god!!! The staff can not do enough for you. The food in the buffet is amazing and there's so much of it and again the staff is amazing. The rooms are so comfortable the bathrooms are fabulous the shower is something I can't say goodbye to its the best shower ever. But to end the staff and people around the hotel in the area are the most helpful and nicest person you could find

Horrible front desk service. I paid for extra supplement for the room and they gave me a handicap room, there’s no makeup desk-mirror, tiny bed, on the exit, the light is dark, the bed light has no switch, I had to manually blend my back to turn off the power cords; I asked to switch the room; but the male front desk representative refused to provide any service. I’ve contacted the agency I booked to file a complaint. DO NOT book this hotel. If there’s zero star, that’s the review it should be.
