Panoramahotel Am Marienturm

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Panorama-Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of the lady (owner) at the reception. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional character set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. The check-in process was a breeze, and we were even allowed to check-in a bit early. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt not only welcomed but also valued as a guest. Her genuine kindness and positive energy created a delightful atmosphere that instantly puts one at ease. Throughout my stay she consistently exemplified outstanding customer service by giving great advice in regards to food (where is the best place to eat) or outdoor activities. In addition to the exceptional service at the reception, the hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The Sauna area is clean and inviting to close the day off. Of course at the End I have to mention the location of the remarkable Hotel. The View is priceless and should be enjoyed during the day and at night.

Good food, dream view and nice rooms! Service is also really good.

The hotel has a very nice view on the city of Rudolstadt. The restaurant's food is quite good and the people are nice. Bear in mind that the hotel is outside of the city and a car is a just to access to it from the city. For the hotel, the room are spacious, but very classic. The WiFi connection is very very slow.
