The location is not as close to the town as advertised. The park is rather large. The hotel is pleasant but dated - especially the bathroom. Beds are comfortable with good sheets and pillows. The pool was covered with floatable pool toys, which multiple kids used to bash around at 8pm. We strongly recommend that you reduce the number of inflatable toys and introduce family swim times as well as adult only times - especially after 8pm, so different needs can be met. There were no towels available and there were signs to pay 5 Euros to use the sauna. Overall not quite what we expect from a 4*Hotel with Spa.

An excellent choice for a business trip. Room was very comfortable , excellent breakfast and adjacent parking. There’s a beautiful park across the road, great for relaxing walks.

The staff were fine and friendly, and the parking was good as well. However, the rooms are outdated, and the bathroom is very dated and cramped, especially for someone who is a bit taller. I think I would choose a different hotel next time, sorry.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay. However, there was a serious issue with the parking. When I checked in, I paid for and reserved a parking space. But when I returned to the hotel in the evening, there was no space available for my car — neither inside the parking garage nor outside. The reception staff offered me a spot in the staff parking area, which I used that night. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again the following evening. To their credit, the hotel refunded the parking fee for those two nights. Still, the problem is not really about the money — it is about the principle. If the hotel has, for example, 100 parking spaces available, it simply should not be selling 105 reservations. The staff handled the situation politely and professionally, and there were no conflicts. But the overbooking of parking spaces is clearly something that should be addressed.
