Hotel Schillerhof, Weimar

Very nice hotel, centrally located in Weimar. It's in walking distance of everything basically. I was a little disappointed that the bar was closed both nights that we were there but we managed to find more than enough watering holes close by. Nice breakfast buffet!

Great location, bar service and AC throughout the building. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was only an open closet, though sufficient for a short stay. Super friendly staff. Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed at the Schillerhof between Christmas and New Year (27th December - 30th December) and had a magical and memorable stay. The hotel is superbly situated and the ambience is elegant without being pretentious. The rooms are beautifully designed and although we believe 25€ is quite a lot to pay for a hotel breakfast, the food was nevertheless delicious. For future guests who are vegan, there is enough food available in the buffet without notifying staff - oats, muesli, nuts, dried and fresh fruit, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, peppers, margarine and oat / soya milk. This said, when I mentioned I was vegan, I had a special platter with vegan cheese, vegan salami and vegan salmon. A tip for vegans - if you like this sort of thing or have other dietary requirements - notify the hotel before you arrive. What really made our stay so special was the friendliness of the staff, who really went that extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone - we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Very clean and pleasant for a limited front desk hotel. Self check in was easy. Just had to remember the night door. :) Don’t park in the closet park house! Rip off of €35 a day!!
