Very cool and stylish decor in Casino and the rooms. For the most part every staff member I encountered or seen was very respectful, professional and accommodating which was amazing👏. Palms truly has everything you need inside of it, no need to even go anywhere else but even if you did, there is a lot of things close by such as: gas stations, other casinos, food places etc. However I really enjoyed the A.Y.C.E buffet, which had such a great selection of food choices that were all great ,and can't forget the Serrano Vista Cafe they had awesome staff who made sure you were on it and amazing 🤝. Of course last but not least the palms pizza by far was the best pizza and sandwiches I've had at night for sure 👍, keep up the great work yall. Now the only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 was just due to the housekeeping service although they forgot to resupply toilet paper every time, which I know is not a big deal, however is great to keep in mind is all. But for the most part other than that the beds were always made nicely and room smelt fresh and looked clean, thank you 😊.

I want to start by saying the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The design, the ambiance, and the staff were all excellent. It truly could have been a perfect stay. However, I am leaving this review as a serious health and safety warning. During our stay (room 9-5103), me and my wife suffered severe bedbug bites. I confirmed the bites after waking up the second night and they have required medical attention/treatment. I never had a chance to report it because we checked out early through the tv screen. They’re lucky because I didn’t do it at the desk and made a complaint, otherwise, it will be a big deal to other guests, of course. I just informed them via phone call about the issue the next morning so they could treat the room immediately. Because the symptoms getting worse. The staff I spoke with (hotel operator or whoever) to notify or just to give them a heads up, said that “I will make note of it”. While I appreciate the beauty of the property, a pest infestation of this level is a major health hazard. I hope management takes immediate, professional extermination steps to fix this. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

Great stay, didnt get the feeling that you were getting nickel and dimed like you do at other casinos. Desk staff was always friendly and helpful, if you needed water they gave it to you. Bartenders were great, lots of good stories. Room was dated but clean. Cheapest craps tables in Vegas! Dealers were always great! Its off the strip but just a quick Uber away, still a good location.

An absolute blast for my 40th birthday—fantastic environment and staff! We had an incredible time visiting the Palms, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday. The casino environment is fantastic, and we had a complete blast playing both the slots and the roulette tables. There is truly something there for everyone to enjoy. For my birthday dinner, I had the prime rib and crab legs, which were absolutely awesome and cooked to perfection. Beyond the great food and gaming, what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. I highly commend the dealers and the entire floor crew for their extensive knowledge and their genuine courtesy toward all customers. They made us feel welcome and added so much to the celebration. We will definitely be back!
