I couldn’t work since the internet was unstable and really slow or down. Not many facilities. No shops in walking distance. Very big rooms. Decor is very dated. Food and restaurant basic. Spiderwebs behind the enormous airconditioner.

The room was HUGE, Lake view, Air conditioned. Spacious bathroom, 2 people could wash up (if wanted to) at the same time because the bathroom had a shower and bathtub. Plenty of room to hang clothes. Very clean, no dust anywhere. Breakfast had 6-8 choices to choose from every morning. Staff was very friendly by the time l left almost everyone knew my name. Very quiet place, very good security and only a 15-20 minutes ride to and from the airport.

This hotel is absolutely amazing,My Turkish airline was cancelled on 12th December 2025, I was coming back to UK ,We spent the whole day in this hotel. Everything was perfect, only one young girl staff came and grabbed water from me saying that am not supposed to take two bottles, which is okk but I can afford to pay anything I want on this planet.it was dinner time,we were eating something to push us through all the travelling time.

Situated in the most amazing and beautiful of areas, the Hotel unfortunately does not do its current star rating any justice. I think, and can see, that it was once an amazing place to come and stay at. The management of the Hotel is poor, and the staff friendly but just not looking after the infrastructure and services to maintain even a basic standard. The food is borderline, noting that I not from here and the current level may be acceptable here. The staff are very friendly though, but Ugandan people in general are so nice.
