A lovely place to eat in Fort Portal. The service was very attentive and welcoming, and the terrace is a particularly cosy spot to enjoy a meal. There’s a wide-ranging menu, including the chance to try crocodile burger, and their homemade ice cream is definitely worth saving room for. Overall, a great restaurant with plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere.

Great hotel with a nice location to visit the area of Fort Portal and do the chimps tracking in Kibale Forest. Rooms are clean and big, the restaurant offers different types of food and the staff is welcoming.
I only had breakfast and dinner here. Both times the service was very slow — staff didn’t seem to keep an eye on the tables. The second time, when I asked for the bill, I had to go and look for someone. It still took a long time to arrive, so I eventually stood up to leave. Only then did someone ask if everything was fine. I explained that I’d been waiting for the bill, and suddenly it arrived within two minutes. Overall poor service, and pizza had nice toppings but was undercooked.
