Best Western Premier Garden Hotel Entebbe

Located just by the Mall, is is one of the best choices if you want to be close to the shopping area, the botanical garden where Tarzan movie was filmed in 1950 s , the lake and fairly far from the RSCE base. Clean Room , great steak at a reasonable price in the restaurant ( about 11 USD including the beer and chips) , good breakfast and polite and efficient staff.

I had an amazing experience at Best Western Premier Garden Hotel Entebbe! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere by the poolside was absolutely beautiful — relaxing ambiance, great music, delicious food, and exceptional customer service all around. A special thank you to Esther, the hostess, who truly made the experience memorable. She was warm, attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her hospitality and professionalism stood out and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. If you’re looking for a place in Entebbe with great vibes, excellent service, and a wonderful dining experience, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

We visited the playground at Best Western Premier Entebbe, and the playground staff were actually very friendly and helpful. They informed us politely that outside food was not allowed, which we respected. However, the restaurant service needs serious improvement, especially for families with children. The restaurant is far from the play area, there are no waiters checking on parents, and ordering food took a very long time while the children were already tired and hungry. At one point, while the children were having small snacks as we waited for the delayed food, a light-skinned lady who appeared to be a supervisor or manager passed by and complained to the staff about us having snacks. I asked the staff if she could come speak with us directly so we could explain the situation and why the children needed something small while waiting, but she refused to come and completely ignored us. The playground itself is wonderful, but the restaurant customer service, communication, and handling of families need significant improvement.

Pure luxury and comfort in every aspect! The hotel amenities, including the outdoor pool and modern fitness facilities, were superb. The restaurant delivered tasteful and varied cuisine, and the proximity to local attractions was ideal. We’ll definitely be returning! A special thanks to Mr. Deepak (GM), Ernst from pool side, Lydia from Laundry staff, Eve Appolo from Pool bar. All the staff were very helpful and supportive. Thanks team for your special efforts.
