Great experience. Our guide shared information about the area during the entire 1 hour drive to the glacier. We opted for the boardwalk only (no boat tour), so we had about 5 hours to wander. More than enough time. There is a little cafe on site after walking the boardwalks.

Upon entering the park, we will make a stop at the Mirador de los Sigurs, where you will have your first visual encounter with the Brazo Rico and the south face of the majestic Perito Moreno Glacier. The walk continues along the walkways of the park, a circuit of approximately 5 km with different levels and angles so you can admire the glacier from multiple perspectives. During the walk, you will feel the force of nature as you contemplate the huge walls of ice. And if you’re lucky, you’ll witness the thrilling detachment of blocks that rumble into the water.

Tour guide was very professional, knowledgeable, and warm-hearted. this is a perfect experience
Excellent tour guide and transportation. Excellent explanation and management of tourists with multiple languages
We only had one day in El Calafate, so we booked a Perito Moreno tour with Patagonia Dreams. It was a perfect way to spend the day! The tour bus picked us up at our lodging directly, then we had a beautiful drive to the national park. We had purchased our NP ticket online in advance but you can also do so at the entrance - while booking online saves a small hassle, you DO get an actual ticket stub if you buy in person at the entrance so if you like little scrapbook pieces like that, it’s something to keep in mind. We opted for the hour-long boat excursion in addition to the walkways and I can’t recommend it enough! Definitely do the boat if you can afford to; it’s worth the bit of a splurge. The walkways were beautiful and if you’re at all used to physical activity they won’t take you nearly as long as the park’s signs suggest. We got to see the glacier calve, saw some wildlife in a flock of austral parakeets, a caracara up close, and even a fox! The glacier was incredible and views were all amazing. Patagonia Dreams made everything incredibly simple and we were just able to enjoy the day.
It's beautiful to see a glacier--which may not be possible in a few years; the boat ride did not seem worth it to me due to it not getting much closer than the distance from view points for safety reasons.
This was a well run tour and our guide, Tobias, was excellent, providing information in Spanish and English. He talked about the environment we were driving through, and let us know what to expect ahead (restroom stop, paying for park entrance, etc.). The large tour bus was comfortable, and we were given the option of being dropped off in town or shuttled back to our hotel after the tour (most chose to be dropped off in town). My only complaint was that it was a very long day just to see the glacier, magnificent though it was. We were not interested in the boat tour (another 60,000 pesos per person), but it meant that we were stuck at the foot bridges for four hours. Too long! It was too cold and windy to hang out outside, so instead we wasted time in the crowded cafeteria. I understand why the operator, Patagonia Dreams, would only send one bus out for boat/not-boat guests, but ugh. I don’t know if the guests who chose the boat option were more satisfied, but Transport + Park Entrance + Boat Tour + Cafeteria adds up to an expensive day as well as a long day. (10am-5:30pm with our drop off in town rather than shuttling back to our hotel.)
Knowledgeable guide, comfortable bus. We learned a lot and enjoyed lots of free time wandering around the glacier park. We opted for the boat trip add on, which we would highly recommend
Great day out, not sure why it’s £65 just to get a coach 1hr 20 but hey this is El calafate! Lovely day and worth the views!!!😍😍😍
This was exactly what we wanted. The bus was clean and the drive felt safe. Our guide, Guadalupe, shared history about the region and the glacier. She previewed the glacier viewing paths. She was very clear about times, especially when and where to meet the bus for our return trip. Then, we were let go to enjoy the walks and the view. The cost was in line with our expectations. We had 4 hours at the Glacier Pathways, giving us time to walk all of the paths, eat at the restaurant, and walk back to the bus. Highly recommend, even if you’ve seen other glaciers.
Nice views. Good host. Really nice nature. Anyway tour is longer than its written, it took around 8 hours.
Nothing to say against the Glacier as it was amazing. Unfortunately the experience ended up being a really expensive walk, bus ride and park ticket, total amount of about $104.00 just to see sights the glacier. Prices are getting ridiculously high just to enter the park, plus, inside they try to squeeze more money out of you in every way possible.
I gave 5 star to this agent because they came pick up from my hotel in time and drop bak in town. All the way to Perito Moreno Glacier tour guide Max gave lots of information in two languages. Driver and her helped us for all questions and for useful information. They made our moments more enjoyable. Thank you all if i come back here again i will book from same agent.
Trip was seemless from pick up to drop off. Tour guide Tobias was very nice and always translated to English when providing historic facts and details throughout the drive to the national park. He made sure he repeated the details of where to catch the boat, where he will be to pick us up after the boat ride and what time to be back on the bus to end the day. Tour picks you up from hotel and brings you to the park. I highly recommend the boat ride as it's the closest way to see the glacier. After the boat ride you have 2hoursish to walk the walkways which was perfect amount of time. It was a great day and worth doing.
On time pick up and the guide gave a lot of information during the bus ride. Free to explore the glacier walkways at your own pace. Smooth trip back. Would recommend for an easy way to visit. Thanks!
There was a larger group of us than I originally expected (nearly a full coach) and due to this we missed a few of the instructions on where to meet for our boat tickets after our free time on the balconies. Our guide provided lots of interesting info on our way to the glacier and we had time to stop for photos from a view point prior to arriving at the glacier. The glacier itself was incredible and the balconies and boat get you very close to see some carving, take it all in and capture cool photos. We had the option to be dropped off at our hotels or city centre on the return too. Good day out!
Knowing the Perito Moreno Glacier is an unmissable experience. The service from everyone at Patagônia Dreams was excellent, from punctuality to cordiality. It is a view of the impact of nature.
It was a spectacular day to enjoy the wonderful Perito Moreno Glacier.
Wonderful tour I recommend doing it in very hot weather because you can bathe.... although the door staff will try not to come down to bathe... They want it only for the residents. very clean water YOU CAN ALSO SNEAK THROUGH THE NORTH OF THE VILLAGE.
Simply amazing and of many distance possibilities to travel! Impermeable! The guide tb was extremely inquisitive and with a lot of interesting information!
Excellent agency with a super guide, I went at the end of November 2024, there was the Guadalupe guide who during the bus trip illustrated everything inherent in the glacier, parks flora and fauna with illustrative signs, then gave us advice to visit the moraine expert, even very young and 'very good and I also told the agency to that nice lady with glasses and fair hair, perhaps white, however compliments, reasonable prices. If I'd stayed more days I'd have done more tours with them.
El lugar es impresionante desde que se ve de lejos hasta tenerlo en frente Nuestra guía : max fue espectacular Amable mucha información El conductor martin muy profesional Todo 10/10
In May 2024 we went on three tours with Patagonia Dreams and I will talk in detail about our experience. On the first day of the trip, we looked for the agency in the center of El Calafate to purchase the tours. We were well taken care of. We received a detailed explanation about the tours and the company granted a small discount for paying in cash. Shortly after leaving the agency, we noticed that other companies in the city center offer tours at better prices. Patagonia Dreams is not among the cheapest in the city. The next day, we took the first trip to Perito Moreno with a 1-hour boat ride. Price: 93,750 pesos per person (R$ 438 at Western Union rates). The van picked us up punctually, friendly and helpful guide and incredible landscapes. Point for Patagonia Dreams. On the second day, we took the tour to El Chalten with lunch. Price: 110,000 pesos per person (R$514). The van picked us up punctually, but we soon noticed the guide's change of approach that day. He was a stricter guide, with a more introspective personality. The guide seemed to be in a hurry the whole time and we literally had to run to keep up with him on the El Chalten trails. We saw some elderly people having difficulty keeping up and there was no concern from the company about this. Negative point for Patagonia Dreams. Still in El Chalten, we booked the tour with lunch thinking that this would speed up our day and by the time we arrived, lunch would already be ready. In fact, we arrived at the restaurant, placed the order normally and the guide “resolved the payment”. And the most serious thing: we realized that buying lunch directly at the place would be cheaper lol. There is no advantage in hiring lunch on this tour, other than guaranteeing the guide and driver's commission. On the third and final day, we did the All Glaciares Tour. Price: 202,000 pesos per person (R$914). Once again, the van picked us up punctually, and in this case the Patagonia Dreams service was limited to the transfer. The tour itself is operated by Solo Patagonia. Incredible tour, with 5 hours of navigation that never gets boring. You can take lunch or buy a snack at the support point near the Spegazzini glacier, with expensive prices normal for tourist places. Other than that, I recommend the company. The El Chalten tour is only worth it if you have time to spare. Prioritize glacier tours.
It was one of the most impressive views of my life. Seeing the immensity of the glacier, its walls, its dimensions, its birth from the top of the Andes is something that fills you with amazement and surely an image that you will always carry in your memory.
Beeindruckender Gletscher, obwohl wir bewölktes Wetter hatten. Die Tour ist mit insgesamt fast 9h recht lang.
The excellent punctuality, perhaps should be clearer in what people choose because in my house it said optional navigation but who is a tourist does not necessarily know 100% how things work here, outside of that I leave very grateful... always has one the doubt of the scam but everything very well excellent communication! I was always informed.
Excellent Service..you have to walk a lot but it is worth x the landscapes Like navigation is good.
We booked this day trip to Moreno Glacier with boat trip and a lot of free time on the jetties in front of the glacier. The tour guide was very well trained and gave a lot of information on the drive. The boat trip was nice but not absolutely necessary to get close to the glacier. The webs also lead up tightly. But nevertheless we liked the boat trip as we were able to get on the deck due to the nice weather. Transferring by bus there and back was no problem. Highly recommended and good value for money
I have used the Service of several companies in the region and can't complain of any. Each has its own peculiarity and Patagonia Dreams was extremely professional, punctual and met expectations. Although I did not include the navigation near Perito Moreno, the guide managed to include me in this tour.
