One Way Transfer From Airport-hotel Downtown(calafate) Vice Versa

Punctual pick up. Friendly and helpful driver and staff. English speaking. Smooth drive from airport to hotel.

The pickup and transfer from the airport to our hotel was very smooth. Communication was sometimes confusing because there is Viator who you book through and then sometimes 2 other companies who coordinate the transfer. Overall efficient.

This is a very efficient and affordable way to smoothly get to the El Calafate airport in a private shuttle van that was very prompt in picking us up at our hotel.

The driver assigned was pleasant and very helpful with our luggage. He was waiting right in the arrival area with our names on.

Very helpful & friendly person met me at the airport with a sign with my name on it. He provided information about El Calafate in Spanish & in excellent English on the way to El Calafate. My pick-up person came with me to my Hostel check-in to make sure all was good with my reservation before leaving me at my destination. It is a very professional service & would definitely use them again.

The lady and the driver were very polite and very helpful… they were very excellent and prompt..The shuttle was so clean and they were very organized..

Friendly driver. Arrived 15 minutes early which was great because the checkin lines at the airport were insanely long. Would have been much worse if we had arrived 15 minutes later.

This is a good option that costs about the mid point between taking a private cab and the public bus. They do not drop you off at Airbnbs, you must figure out which hotel you are closest to and they will drop you off there. So if you’ve got lots of luggage and/or your Airbnb isn’t close to a hotel, I recommend taking a taxi.

Our trip from the airport to El Calafate was very frustrating. We were met by our driver, who had our name listed, easy for us to see. We were then taken to a travel agent's office where we were to wait. It was a shared ride, so waiting for luggage to arrive, a bathroom break, fine. But we and others had to wait while a couple was booking their stay in El Calafate. 15-20 minutes later they were finally done. Then we could go and also give the travel agent a ride into town That was rude of the couple and agent, not the driver"s fault. We could tell that he, the driver was also upset and embarrassed. The ride back to the airport, days later was fine and had no negative issues.

Driver was about 15 minutes late to the airport upon my arrival. There were no problems with departure.

Great service from the airport but no one came to take us to the airport. I sent the required reminder two days before asking to be picked up at 9:30. When they did not come we called and were told we did not need that much time at the airport and that they would arrive at 11:00. We waited in front of our Hostel and when they had still not arrived at 11:30 we called a cab. Lines were long at the airport and we barely made our flight. I contacted Viator and did not receive a response.

<p>A guide was taking us with a big car SW - 4 people more a lot of luggage!! - He showed animals in the way, stopped the car for photos, gave information about the city. The transfer to airport was all right.</p>

<p>A bit stress with the pick up on the way back to the airport. The driver was stressed as he had to pick up too many people and in the middle of the street a car blocked it and could not start again. Stressful situation for everyone, driver and passengers. Time for pick up should be a bit more ahead to avoid these unecessary stress.</p>

Pagamos el traslado para ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. La agencia solo había contratado la ida. Leyendo comentarios de personas, nos dimos cuenta que muchas veces no contratan el regreso al aeropuerto. Mandamos correos y llamamos al teléfono que nos dieron como contacto, el cual no era disponibile. Al no tener respuesta por ningún medio, tuvimos que contratar un taxi privado a último momento.

Buena atención, a pesar de que mi vuelo se hacia demorado por mal clima. Estuvieron esperando hasta que llegue

Prestaram o serviço do aeroporto para o hotel, mas não apareceram para me buscar no hotel no dia do voo de volta. Quase perdi o voo e ainda precisei pagar por outro transporte para me levar, de última hora, para o aeroporto. Liguei na empresa Tiempo Livre, a subcontratara da Gray Line para prestação do serviço, e informaram que a Gray Line não avisou que o translado era de ida de volta. Infelizmente, uma experiência muito ruim, além da cobrança antecipada por um serviço não prestado.

O traslado foi excelente. Transporte adequado, limpo e profissionais que nos receberam educados, simpáticos e atenciosos. A minha observação é para a Viator: deixar claro no anúncio que se trata de um transfer apenas de ida do aeroporto para o hotel e que não tem a volta. Não fica claro. O entendimento é dúbio.

Son impresentables. Contratamos servicio ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, el voucher dice eso, y TIEMPO LIBRE de FTE nos dice que solo tienen la ida. No quieren hacer el transfer de vuelta. Nos dijeron que reclamamos a ustedes y a Grey Line. Mandamos varios mail de reclamo y nadie responde. NADIE se hace responsable. Dentro de 48 h tenemos que volver a nuestra ciudad y seguramente por ineficientes como ustedes deberemos pagar un taxi. OLVÍDENSE que los recomendamos.

Chegaram na hora prevista. Esclareceram todas as dúvidas. Amáveis e simpáticos. As pick-up era de qualidade aceitável

There are several taxis parked, some older others not so much. But the drivers speak Portuguese and drive a good one. Inside, 1,500 pesos and outside, 1,250 pesos (fixed to the panel or the parachute). Bus, only if you are at most in double, as it costs 400 Pesos per Cover. However, they work very well and leave at the hotel door or on Rua do Centrinho. To the city, about 20 minutes. On the turn, I got it for 1,000 pesos. Drivers (as they are called taxis) do not lose business. Plus, beautiful and super quiet city.

Considering the different transfer costs they offer prior to the trip on the web it seems better to hire companies that operate with offices at the airport.
