Impossible to sleep - walls are as thin as paper, you hear the snoring, the showering, the talking, and even the bathroom from pretty much every neighbour (not just the one next door). The hotel looks very modern and beautiful from the outside, but the rooms are very old school and the twin beds are tiny 80cmx190cm. Staff is quite unfriendly and have total lack of flexibility.

We were expecting to arrive yesterday Feb 19 but there was a general strike in Argentina and our flight was cancelled. The hotel had no contemplation and did not accept a change as our flight was rescheduled. That indicates that this hotel is not willing to provide a good service to passengers given this major event that affected all flights. They are keeping my money and reservation and most likely they are double charging my room as other passengers that were not able to fly out of El Calafate had to stay one or more nights as they are accommodated into a new flight. So be aware that this hotel will have no sympathy or compassion if you need to reschedule due to a flight cancellation. Flight cancellation or rescheduling happen a lot and you might loose hundreds of $$ if you decide to stay at this hotel.
The rooms were nice and comfortable, but very noisy. You could hear the noise from outside the hotel, hallways and other rooms. The service was very good, staff always helpful. Location a bit far from the city centre, 10-15 min walking (it can be a bit hard in winter or if it’s very cold/windy at night). Breakfast is average, coffee not good, almost all options contains gluten, no milk alternatives. The only thing we didn’t like much was that to access to the swimming pool you have to go in your swimsuit through the restaurant where all the people is having dinner. And it’s a bit far from some rooms (depending on which room you get). Overall we found it a bit pricy for the service received.
I'm told the best hotel in town. Considering there is only a population of 35,000 people. It has most of the essentials, including a bidet. The town is only 6 blocks or so long. Pretty much everything in town is walkable.
Great hotel! It’s about 10 minutes walking from downtown. Rooms are cute and have good space. They have a big heated pool, which is awesome for cold days. The entrance is absolutely gorgeous, and you can see the mountains. Loved it!
