Most beautiful & serene place to stay, staff were so friendly, service was excellent. It was such a friendly atmosphere among all the staff, it made it feel incredibly homely. Star gazing is a must, don’t miss it. Rooms are beautiful and a pleasure to stay in. The views are just breathtaking. Can’t wait to return 🏜️

It is a beautiful special place. I visited twice: previous summer and last winter, and loved it so much. The views, setting and design are magical, the food is amazing and the wellness facilities are incredible. I received the best treatment of my life by Matan at the spa. He is very talented and knowledgeable and really helped me with my chronic pain. Thank you so much! If I do need to give some feedback for improvement.. They forgot my birthday, even though we mentioned it at the time of booking, and at check in. The next day, we told them about it, and later there was a surprise pistachio chocolates and macaroons box waiting for me at the room, which was very nice! Also, the yoga mats are painful and should be replaced. I did my session on the floor.

Unfortunately the level of service does not align with whats expected from a lux hotel at this level, and it completely overshadows the beatiful place and scenery. In multiple occasions they were not willing to accomodate reasonable requests and when we did provide a proper feedback it was not taken seriously. If you are reading this review and consider going there, know that they are just not able to deliver on their price point to say the least. I will save you the full list of things that went wrong and just say - there are at least 4-5 other hotels in Israel with a far better experience, if you haven’t covered those - go there first.

This is the best hotel in Israel. No doubt about it. My boyfriend and I decided to come for my birthday, and while the cost is high, the experience at the hotel was well worth the money. First and foremost, the resort was clearly built with a lot of thought and attention paid to maximize the truly stunning setting, while being blending in harmoniously with the natural surrounding. Almost every corner of the place felt private and intimate, even when other guests were around. The staff was also a highlight. For American and European guests, it may come as a surprise to see a bunch of young Israelis staffing such a high end resort. However, they were truly charming, sweet, and I appreciate their authenticity compared to high end resorts that just train staff to “be polite.” Lihi was extremely welcoming when we arrived to the resort and sachar was very warm and friendly driving us in the buggy. We spent most of our time in the room, because it was so comfortable, private, and the experience of lying in bed and looking out to the desert views is a memory I won’t forget. The pool is where we spent most of the time outside the room, and the views are of course stunning. There is also a very large jacuzzi, which was big enough to accommodate a good number of guests. Breakfast is the best I’ve ever been to at an Israeli hotel, they focus on quality over quantity of food. We would certainly return here again and highly recommend the hotel!!
