Only visited family that were staying at the hotel. Seemed clean and tidy. Restaurant was nice but limited options for vegetarians. Nice pool area and good parking. It's located about 5km away from Central Eilat but buses run frequently
Really one of the best hotel experiences we had! The staff is so very kind, they really treat us amazing, every request was heard and the food is mouth watering! Yes, the location isn't in the heart of Eilat, but I'd come back just for the great hospitality!
This is actually written for hotel managment. While the location is somewhat ok, the deluxe rooms are refurbished and are also somewhat satisfactory (with no balcony which is a must to dry bathing suits and chill in mornings and evenings), The real problem is the evening meal. We got to the hotel at yom haatzmaut eve. Dinner is from 18:30 to 20:30. We got there on 20 sharp. Another of the dishes were reduced to leftovers. Not only that but there were actually hotel workers helping themselves to various dishes. For example I wanted grilled fish but the last 2 were snatched by some hotel worker.
This was the first time this sort of thing happened to me at any hotel ever. So we went ahead and canceled each and evey dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Hotel porter status is actually very simple : it's you. Although you came for vacation, if you brought many items with you - prepare to work hard. Bottom line : will I be back ? That a hard pass !
Our go-to hotel in Eilat. If you're looking for something that's not too fancy but still a great stay, this is the place! Super Friendly service, amazing location across from the coral reef beaches, clean rooms pleasant- go for the renovated ones - but no balcony. Yummy food amd very reasonable prices. Great value for what you pay.
We loved our 3 night stay here. The hotel had been renovated and is very clean. Staff is friendly especially Tequila in the dining room. Rooms were spacious and beds and pillows comfy. The location is a ways away from the main hotels in eilat and that was perfect for is. Very close to the aqua sport beach where you can snorkel.
