Tali is the best,she give me the best service in the hotel , 🛍️ in the breakfast very nice also Morel,congrats about these woman they know what is service, Tali is the only one in the reception every time that i come and also with a lot of customers she give the best quality personalized service to help me

All the hallways stank of smoke and cigarettes the whole time. We went on holiday and its in a verry wierd location not by the beach and not in the town, inbutween. The food was verry good, basically the only good thing because the pool was cold, and in every bomb shelter on each floor there was a nice room, but they weren't maintained well at all. And when I asked the staff about them, they didn't even know they existed.

When me and my family checked in, the woman in the check in was so nasty and spelled our name rong. When we asked her questions she just looked at her phone and ignored us. The room was tiny and the bathroom was dirty there was like hair and stuff in the toilet, and the bathroom flore was even more dirty. We are a family of six and we asked for more beds and we got 2 small beds. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel if you want to stay for a long time or even stay one day. ):

The staff were really really lovely and attentive. The food was basic but nice. The rooms were dirty. The fabric shower curtain had stains. (They replaced ours after requesting but didn’t replace our friends’ who also requested) The pool is mostly in the shade so it’s very very cold. The synthetic smells in the lobby are very strong.
