Dreadful experience and huge disappointment. Inconsiderate service at best, fraudulent at worst. There was a disgustingly overwhelming chemical fragrance throughout the hotel, including the dining room. They actually take pride in their toxic indoor air pollution and they call it their "signature scent", from which we all suffered adverse health. Rooms with sea views were disappointing, as the sea view was limited and most of the view was to the noisy tennis courts. Mouldy doors and poor maintenance. Swimming pool was unheated and there was no sauna or hot tub available. It was slso very much overpriced for what was on offer. The only nice thing was the fact that it was on the beach and you don't have to cross the road to get to the beach. We left after one night to the nearby Isrotel Yam Suf, across the road, which was a much better (and less expensive) hotel, with stunning sea and mountain views, great service and elegant atmosphere. You can also breathe the lovely sea breeze without the sickening stink of synthetic fragrances around you.

The hotel itself is remote, quite and feels new for the most part. The staff is nice and accommodating. Be advised, this hotel is far from the city, a 10 minute drive by car at least. This isnt a negative, just something to look out for.

Outstanding Service and Great Value Our experience at the hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Alon and Slava at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous and varied, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options, including freshly squeezed juices and every kind of coffee you could want. The hotel also offers direct access to a beach with complimentary kayaking and surfing equipment, which was a fantastic bonus. While it’s not the most luxurious hotel, it’s clean, located in a fun and lively area, and above all – the service is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

We’ve just completed a perfect family vacation at the reef hotel in eilat. This hotel is how hotels should be. Perfect location. Great breakfast. But the crown of this hotel is the staff ! Always ahead of what you need and want. Always with a smile and with a speedy service. It starts with the receptionists and all the way to the cleaning staff. Everything is pleasant and clean. Highly recommended!!!
