The hotel was very nice. A special highlight was the concierge Evyatar. By far he was the best concierge I have ever met in Israel, perhaps anywhere. He treated us like VIPs. I would return to the hotel just for his service.

Great hotel, very pleasant stuff. Everyone is very proffesional and trying to help in any situation. Espesdially bell boys Alex, Peleg, and Ronen. Who make their heavy jobs to look easy and with smile. Recommend a lot for everyone.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I have some food allergies and the restaurant staff were always eager to help, especially Michael and David were very kind, patient and helpful. They even sometimes made food in the kitchen especially for me:) I unfortunately don't remember the Lobby receptionist's name, but she too was very helpful and kind, and she helped me out when I had a minor medical emergency. They were willing to let us swap rooms when we wanted a room in a lower floor, I've had a great time overall! Would definitely recommend.

My favourite hotel, now 30 years old but still has a new vibe. Best breakfast in Israel... And I've tried a lot! Only negative is the lack of facilities for people with buggies, wheelchairs or walkers. For example there is no ramp leading from the UK pool to the promenade and beach
