Hello my name is Orly Abukasis I was at the Agamim hotel from July 26 until July 30. Room 215 I want to start by saying that from the minute my husband and I walked into the hotel we were greeted by reception with such a great feeling. Our room was amazing so clean for a hotel in Israel. Let’s talk about the service I received while waiting to get our room. We were at the pool and I got a text that our room was ready. I had no idea where to go. At that moment a man named Shai saw me looking confused and immediately helped me with a huge smile. Throughout our stay Shai was everywhere and always willing and ready to help with a smile. Every time he saw us he would ask if we needed anything and brought us what we needed again with a huge smile. Shai went above and beyond. Lior Sharon the dining room chef was amazing he prepared a special meal for my husband and kept checking to see if everything was ok. Amit at the entrance to the dining room was exceptional. Always helping and greeting with a smile. We felt very special at the hotel. We came to celebrate our 40 Th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much to the Agamim hotel for everything you did. Keep up the great work. Best hotel in Eilat. Number 1 hotel with number 1 staff. You can be sure that we will be back and we will highly recommend the hotel. And to Ms Lilach the hotel manager you are amazing. You should be very proud keep doing what you’re doing. Please extend our heartfelt thank you to the special people who made us feel special. Had a great 3 day weekend. Beautiful hotel, very courteous staff. Fabian was a mench ❣️ highly recommended.

Big Hotel, well maintained and Located. Pro : Nice rooms with swimming pool access. Location near shopping mall The Room is just what you need with an excellent shower Con : we stayed at Room 349 (3rd floor) which was the farthest away from the lobby.. Bed and Linen were average quality We had Dinner and Breakfast and the food quality and selection were a bit disappointing

​I highly recommend Agamim Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the rooms are spotless. We stayed in a "room on the water" (swim-up room), and it truly upgraded our entire experience—it’s worth every penny. ​What really set this stay apart was the service. I haven't experienced such high-quality service in a long time. They truly pay attention to the smallest details. For example, every afternoon staff members come by the rooms just to check if anything is missing, like fresh towels. Also, in the dining room, cold drinks are brought to your table without even having to ask, and the staff is incredibly quick to clear plates. Simply amazing hospitality. We will definitely be back!
