First off I want to commend the tour company of this tour, as they were extremely flexible rescheduling my tour when my flight got in 5 hours late! All done over WhatsApp, my tour guidee squeezed me in - the advantage of a private tour. The tour itself is interesting, and is different form the Maoi tours that are normally associated with Rapa Nui. Overall I enjoyed this tour.

Itinerary
Rano Kau is the largest volcano on all of Easter Island and a majestic and impressive natural panorama for all who visit it.
Orongo is the largest archaeological site and ceremonial center on all of Easter Island. There you will find incredible houses of the natives, cave paintings that accompany each home, petroglyphs (drawings made on rocks) and even an Ahu that used to have a large moai and that protected and accompanied the islanders who lived there.

1. Lasted only 1 hour 2. Volcano crater - you can see yourself w/o a guide 3. For a price charged - definitely not worth it. 4. National Park should put guides at those locations, so people can come by themselves. The story is right on the boards.
Very nice private tour with a young man who had lots of info on the island and the culture. Saw most of the Moai that I had missed
It was great tour. I’m glad I chose this half day private tour. Tour guide picked me up at hotel on time. Visited all the sites mentioned on itinerary. The tour guide has great knowledges of sites. Took time to explain details about sites. View from each sites were spectacular!
Was supposed to be 3.5 hr but was only 2 incl trip to and from town. He should've offered to take us somewhere else. So turned out to be expensive Uber ride. He was informative but not very enthusiastic.
Very informative guide and the views were spectacular. Nevertheless, it is extremely overpriced for what it covers.
Absolutely amazing tour! The tour guide made the tour very personal and I felt so welcomed! I’ve seen all the places promised and since we had a spare time, she took me for lunch in Hanga Roa and let me try some local food and drinks! I was then taken straight to the airport for my return flight, which was offered by the company to make the most of my short visit! The communication was perfect and tour 10/10.
Historic, educational and beautiful. The views of birdman island and the crater are impressive. Our local guide was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. However, this is a 2 hour private tour priced about the same as a full day private tour. Not the best value, but the site is not to be missed.
The "Half Day" private tour was actually a 2 hour tour. The vehicle was an extremely dirty van (for 2 people + driver/guide) with cat hair everywhere. The guide arrived 25 minutes late and did not have water on-board. When I mentioned that water was "included" he did stop at a store and bought 2 bottles of water for us. Javier, the guide, did provide good explanations at the 2 sites visited. All in all the $270 cost of this tour was NOT worth it.
This tour was interesting and I'm glad we went. The crater is beautiful and was the highlight of this short excursion. This isn't the tour to book if you want to see Moai, so be sure to book another tour if that's what you're looking for.
Very knowledgeable and helpful on the history of Rapa Nui - overall excellent experience and we recommend her again
Good half day tour and can not be missed while in Easter Island The volcano is beyond description but the the history of the bird man and the houses are an extremely important part of learning and enjoying the trip
We were pickup by local guide Vaihere who had amazing knowledge Showed us the volcano Then we saw birdman village and got the history We then did some smaller sites like where they made the statues hats with red rock from cliffs And finally a site that has not been reconstructed with some fallen statues Then dropped off in town and had lunch with our guide
Very interesting visit with an excellent Guide, with extensive knowledge of the place and history of the Island. The place apart from interesting has spectacular views
Sans cette activité, la visite de l’île de Pâques n’aurait pas été complète! Excellente activité. Rapide mais complète. Ma guide était excellente!
The room was very nice, comfortable and the staff very professional. Good breakfasts and everything very clean 100% recommended
Incredible tour, very good guides.... a TREMENDOUS cultural experience. 100% recommended for all types of people!! Language is no barrier!! They manage to make cultural entertainment entertaining with a totally dynamic and captivating tour.
The tour is exceptional, everything is very nice. Excellent service, the team is very concerned and attentive, I recommend it 100%
Cordialement Denise
This tour, which is the third of three days in a row at a very advantageous price (165 euros total per person), is a worthy conclusion to our stay on Rapa Nui. We visited a total of 10 archaeological sites with excellent, very pleasant local guides (Rapa Nui Dream and Discovery) Keep in mind that on average agencies ask for around 180 euros per person for a one-day tour. The third day closes the tour experience with the story of the competition to be the first to bring an egg from the nearby island to the village of Orongo, by a young man chosen by a clan who, if victorious, will become a kind of demigod.
