Excellent experience, we took 3 tours, full day, sunrise and caves, it was wonderful, punctual, responsible and we were fortunate that our guide Felix accompanied us every day, providing warmth, kindness, accurate and cultural information, transmitting the essence and positive energy at all times, just like the drivers who accompanied us. It is important to highlight that they have extra equipment in case of adverse weather conditions, such as rain ponchos, and also the use of walking sticks on some rocky trails, with complete availability for the tourist. I recommend living the Rapa Nui experience with this agency, which only left beautiful memories during our stay.

A wonderful experience. We stayed and did the full-day tour and it was by far the best decision. Nicolás knows a lot about the history of Rapa Nui and explained everything to us with a lot of knowledge and dedication. The accommodation has everything necessary and they were always concerned that we were well. We had the pleasure of sharing with the whole family and they were all very attentive and affectionate. A brilliant agency in terms of service, totally reliable and professional. The details and care for the group we were in must be highlighted. They even guided us with services that they do not provide. A beautiful surprise that the guide spoke to us about history with a very profound and prepared style; we were able to experience a historical perspective with much more content and information than other times we went. They were attentive to us even on the days we did not have tour departures and gave us little gifts that we treasure!!. Actually we did all the tours with NCP Agency, we loved the treatment of the 3 guides, especially Nico the way he has of telling the history and all that love towards his culture. The guides are always very concerned about how everyone feels and not to mention the energy that is created on each trip, one feels like family from the first moment, the laughs, the mishaps, the advice, the ability to answer the most innocent questions, the kindness and empathy make each tour unique... you arrive tired at your accommodation, but happy.

I have been to the island twice and on both occasions I have taken tours with them and it has been an agency concerned about every detail and that your experience is the best. Lovely experience, attentive, friendly, the story was very well told, patient, they are not in a hurry! The seats and breakfast with cake at dawn are appreciated. The availability of raincoats and umbrellas, as well as helmets for the caves, adds an extra touch!
