The pick up time showed 8:15 but the tour appeared at 8:45 Then it was the wrong tour I would do better booking direct

Had a decent private tour with Juan. He was amicable and knowledgeable about Arubas history and culture. We saw most of the typical tourist spots. He did take us shopping at a local store so my wife could purchase new sandals. Juan was very knowledgeable about local plants and their use. My wife had some difficulty understanding him due to his accent. Although she had difficulty with accents in general. He was funny and made me laugh on several occasions. I’d definitely recommend him and wiz tours

Wix Tours is the best! I only book with them when going to Aruba. It starts with airport transfers and then island tours. They are very professional and friendly! Ruben is awesome, and Mark is prompt when replying to emails! You cannot go wrong with Wix Tours!

Tour was great, and tour guide Juan was wonderful. I highly recommend this tour for families as there is something for everyone. They are accommodating for handicapped individuals as well. Only issue was that it was a very long walk from the cruise port stop to the meeting place. It was worth it, but just note it is a long walk, and it is pretty hot. It is not the tour operators fault that it is far, that is where they have clearance to go.

Juan was a great tour guide. He was kind and knowledgeable. We were able to see the lighthouse, aloe factory, and more. I'm so glad we choose to do the private tour.

Leon was fantastic! We saw a good portion of the things to see in Aruba! We were a family group of 6. Kids ages 21,20,16,14. We all loved it and the ac van was nice! Lots of good talk and info on the island. Gave us great recommendations for things after the tour!

This private tour of the island of Aruba with Juan was awesome!! He showed up on time and we spent 3 hours with just us and Juan driving around the island and seeing some of the interesting sites. We saw the Lighthouse, the Chapel and the Rock formations. The Aloe factory was a nice bonus. Juan gave us great info on the island, the people and the culture. We highly recommend this tour. It is a little more expensive, but there are no crowded buses and having to wait on people. Book this tour with Juan if you are going to Aruba!!

The driver was very friendly. WE were surprised that no water was provided though. The places we saw were typical for Aruba tourism. We appreciated the tour of the aloe factory. The driver was very informative and I learned a lot about the island.

This has to be the worst tour I have taken for $230. This tour doesn’t even pass by the capital. Regardless of everything being closed or not it doesn’t even pass through the capital. It goes through a museum, some old houses, some old rocks. Worst tour ever

The drivers went above and beyond when they found out that my wife needed the requested van that we ordered and we were sent the wrong vehicle. The tour was awesome. It was private for the 4 of us as my wife is in a wheelchair can can only transfer into a van. So the drivers immediately went into save mode and looked after our needs.

We are four adults that booked the private essential tour. Our guide Reuben was great! He picked us up in a very comfortable air conditioned van and our first stop was the Aloe Farm. Then off to Ayo Rock formation where we hiked up through rocks that look like animals. Then the natural bridge and the church. Finally the lighthouse which is under construction. We learned fun facts along the way and saw beautiful scenery. This is our fifth time in Aruba and had done the large jeep tours in the past. We highly recommend doing the private tour - so much more comfortable and relaxing.

Our driver was fantastic. He allowed us to customize the tour to see what we wanted to see. We wanted to do a little shopping and he patiemtly waited for us, about an hour, while we shopped the mall downtown. The driver was very knowlegeable and provided many insights on what we were seeing and information on the island.

We had an incredible private tour with Jesvin for my birthday celebration and Jesvin went above and beyond to show us all of the incredible sights to see in Aruba! Jesvin is so knowledgeable and really helped us experience the National Park and caves as well as Baby beach and the artists colony. We can’t say enough about our amazing adventure and it was the highlight of our trip!! We were a family of 16 who wanted a day trip to Baby Beach. I contacted Wix after reading reviews on an Aruba page. Leon was our driver . He arrived at the airbnb promptly & had a great personality. 14 adult kids ages 19 to 24 enjoyed our trip back from baby beach singing & joking with Leon. Shout out to Mark who answered all my questions by email & offered the best price for the trip. We are frequently in Aruba & will be using Wix again. Thank you

Our tour exceeded all our expectations. We are on a girls trip and one was visiting Aruba for the first time. Juan was amazing and shared many details about the island none of us knew, even after many previous trips here. Juan treated us like royalty and was professional, kind, and engaging. Reuben was a wonderful tour guide. We had the best time with him! He made sure that we saw the hightlights of the island including the Aloe Vera Factory (highly recommend stopping here!), the Natural Bridge, The California Lighthouse, The Casibari Boulders, Alto Vista Chapel and Eagle Beach. It was a terrific tour!

We had an amazing 3 hour tour of Aruba! Juan was our tour guide and he could not have been more accommodating! He was knowledgeable, funny and very sweet! We learned so much about the island, the culture and the people there and the air conditioned van was the way to go! Being able to see the sights and spend as much or as little time as WE wanted made the excursion just perfect!

Friendly and accommodating guide--he made sure we got to see plenty of things. We've never done a private driver before but we learned so much and really appreciated the personal touch. We saw the things listed but he suggested we switch out which rock formation (definitely a great choice) and added on glass blowing. The kids got to choose what colors the glass blowers would make a turtle and there was actually no expectation to buy it (not ready for 24 hours, but they kindly agreed to ship it--what a cool souvenir). We wanted to go to the beach so he dropped us off there are the end...and then checked on us after an airport drop-off at a nearby hotel and actually ended up taking us back to our ship. Would completely recommend this tour and guide!

We’ve been to Aruba couple of times prior, but didn’t indulge much in the attractions. This time, with our children being slightly older (9 and 12) we chose to sight see. We originally booked Wix Tours for airport transportation and learned from Mr. Juan about their private sightseeing tours. We had not booked a tour as yet and when we had searched for things to do, the tours seemed like the best option to visit multiple attractions. Mr. Juan was so friendly that we chose Wix Tours’ private sightseeing tour and requested Mr. Juan as our guide. Best decision made! Mr. Juan was so knowledgeable about Aruba, so friendly and accommodating, it felt like driving around with a family member! Besides visits to the rock formation, natural bridge, lighthouse, chapel, and the aloe factory, we also learned about Aruba itself! The private tour was well suited for us since we were able to move at our own pace, stay as long or leave as early as we chose. The tour van was air conditioned, very clean, and comfortable. Mr. Juan was such a pleasure to spend the day with and we ended up having such a great bond! We’ll be back to Aruba and definitely will be sure to see Mr. Juan again for our next adventure! Thank you Mr. Juan for a great highlight to our trip!

Juan was our driver/guide, and he did a fantastic job. My husband and I booked a private tour, so we went at the pace we wanted. Being a small group, we were able to easily get in and out of the popular sights and avoid the tour bus crowds. Juan was very personable and knowledgeable about his island. Highly recommend!

My husband and I did a three hour private tour with Wix Tours on 2/19/25. We were looking to see some island highlights in an air conditioned vehicle, while our ship was in port for the day. We met our driver Juan and rode in a spacious, cool and comfortable van. Juan's extensive knowledge about the island was impressive! He shared many facts and interesting stories, and we enjoyed his company as well. Such a kind and welcoming man. I would highly recommend this tour! And should we return to Aruba another time, I will definitely book a tour with Wix Tours and request Juan as our driver! I would also like to mention that the tour operator was responsive and quick to respond to any questions I had prior to the tour, which was greatly appreciated! We used Wix Tours for the Essential Tour and Leon was our guide. It was just me and my husband. Leon was very knowledgeable about the island and patient as we worked our way through the various sites. He and my husband helped me reach the top at the Rock formation.

Leon took us on a personalized tour that was fun and informative. The vehicle was clean and the AC worked well. He was knowledgeable, personable and knew the island well, avoiding the heavy traffic.

Juan was an excellent tour guide. He kept in communication with us prior to our arrival via cruise ship. He was waiting for us and provided a wonderful tour around Aruba. He shared lots of valuable information and answered all of our questions!! Was a fantastic way to experience Aruba outside of the “tourist” areas. Would highly recommend!!

We booked the Essentials of Aruba Tour based on numerous positive reviews, but they really dropped the ball. As with other local tour operators, it is impossible to book through Expedia – there is no set up to book the drop-off location unless it is at the Marina. After a few exchanges we booked directly with the company. Things started going south the night before the tour when they tried to reschedule due to “mishap with van”. We were leaving in a couple of days, and we couldn’t accommodate them, so they said they’d “make it work”. Their solution was amateur hour all around: instead of one of the vans (proudly displayed on their website) we got a beat-up taxicab van with a stuck door and mats full of sand; no tour guide, just a driver - a friendly guy, but he preferred his radio instead of answering our questions about the island, let alone narrate a tour. When we asked him to turn it down, he did after smirking and saying "You don't like radio? To top it off, the driver said he was paid for only three hours, and since he had shown up before our scheduled time and started the clock early, he tried to shake us for more money. We had to let him go at the last stop in order not to go over the allotted time. I contacted the company to express my disappointment, but instead of apologizing their manager blamed us for complaining too much and got defensive (same as I see he does on other negative comments below). In summary, unprofessional and amateurish.

Great tour of the island, our guide Reuben was friendly and accommodating, we toured with small children and he was very helpful. We didn’t tour the natural bridge due to severe rains the day before so instead we visited some additional rock formations that were incredible. He even dropped us off at eagle beach per our request at the end of the tour. We were able to easily find a taxi to port once we were done at the beach

Fantastic day in Aruba escorted by Rueben! A few stops were closed, as it was Christmas Day- Rueben went above and beyond to ensure we got the best experience. He was super prompt, friendly, and eager to share his vast knowledge of the island. He even spotted us long after our tour ended and gave us a lift back to the port. Don’t hesitate to book with Wix tours! We loved our experience!

This was a great way to see some of the beautiful sights. He provided our group of 4 a great overview of the island and he also gave us flexibility with some of the stops. He helped us navigate through the rock formation and even gave us a tour through neighborhoods of big and small houses. Ruben was super courteous and we enjoyed riding in a comfortable air conditioned van. Our group highly recommends this tour and Ruben.

Leon had a very nice van, super clean and comfortable. Leon met us right outside the cruise port, holding a sign with our name on it. Please don’t waste your time on a bus tour and book with Leon!

Our most memorable experience was our tour guide Leon! Picked up at the ship and drove us to all the best spots on the island. His knowledge of the island was amazing! If you are on a cruise booked the excursion, unless you like large buses with large groups herded around like sheep. We have cruised on 26 cruises and this was best excursion ever! Thanks Leon for all you did to May our visit memorable. Also for a group of four it’s cheaper than ship excursion!

Great private island tour for 2. Ruben was very informative. Ken took us on the second part of the tour due to a flat tire on the first vehicle and made an unexpected stop for us that we really enjoyed.
