Driver very informed and a very nice relaxing ride but the ambiance can be better. Suggestion is for soft romantic music, fairy lights on the sidewalk and a few coffee shops.

It was a relaxing tour. The operator was courteous and very friendly. He also accommodated for slight delay we experienced due to non show of our driver. Overall a great experience!

What an amazing experience at the heart of the city. It’s such bliss and feels much longer than 30 mins. I highly recommend it. I’d love to return in the evening for a different experience. I’d recommend calling the reservation number after booking on TripAdvisor to confirm the booking as there’s a delay on when it becomes visible to the agents.

Got to zulumoon and found the shop closed . Called the number a lady answered and said she was going to call me back and that was the last time I heard from her…. Travelled from my country only to experience such a low standard service which I paid for … totally wasted my money and time .

I went on the Gondola ride at uShaka during sunset on Valentines day with my hubby. It ws absolutely magical! I cant believe we haven't been sooner! Being Valentines day, i expected it to be very crowded and noisy, but to my pleasant surprise, it was absolutely peaceful, serene, clean, no waiting lines, romantic and picture perfect! The only thing i wish was if the gondola had a built in radio to play soft violin music in the background to complete the romantic evening ambience. 5 stars none the less! 🌟

Arrived early and they were quite happy for us to depart at whatever time we wanted. The gondola is powered by an electric outboard motor so it was super quiet, making it a lovely 30 minute ride. My only issue was finding the departure point - they provided a street address, which was a bit tricky to locate, but if they wrote that it is from the U Shakka Centre, it would probably be a lot easier for us tourists to find.

My wife and I enjoyed a 30 minute sail through the canals of Durban, South Africa. It was very peaceful, and our gondolier was very personable and professional. The canals are in a beautiful part of the city, surroindef by new apartment complexes. Unfortunately, you need to travel through some "sketchy" parts of the city to get to the area. Adjacent to uShaka Marine World, an amusement park with shops and restaurants.

we booked the magical night ride on the 11th November 2018, however we had free time so we changed our slot with the helpful assistance of the staff. booking online was efficient and payment was safe with credit card. The ride itself was very sombre so was the surroundings. If one wishes to do something different, like message in a bottle ect then I'd say go for it, otherwise no. Gondola belong to Venice and nothing and no body will make justice to it or even close. we enjoyed the ride though.
