Durban: 1-hour Premium Ocean / Harbour Boat Cruise

No safety talks before the boat cruise takes off, no rails on the ramp leading to the boat ,the sound system could be better.

Service is very poor. Had to book for another boat, because they cancelled the ride on last minutes.

The ocean cruise boat had technical issues so they were polite and kind enough to offer us a canal boat ride or a refund and we took the canal boat ride and my girlfriend was so happy and excited and had a very good time.

It was a nice experience, was with my family and we all enjoyed even though it was a bit scary in the middle of an ocean due to high water waves, but overall it was a great experience.

They should know that they’re going to find the best staff at the boat that is very friendly and tries by all means to make the boat cruise as nice as possible and doing so, the safety of everyone on the boat comes first.

The boat didn't start we had to go to another boat an hour later

The experience was amazing, the check in procedure was quick and easy... thank to the lovely staff members. I had the best time and enjoyed my cruise. I would recommend it to friends and family #Fun things. We were less that 10 and it gave us space to move around. It don't regret paying for an hour of intimate connection to nature.It was unwinding and a beautiful atmosphere to be in Though the location isn't accurate.

The Boat left us while we were already there as I was travelling with my Mom who was on crutches . And it departed before time

Nice private cruise with a small crowd which made it less noisy so you could enjoy the cruise. The bigger cruise liners have more of a party vibe. This one is great if you just want to cruise around the Harbour

I did not experience anything the boat left before time whilst we were 2 mins away…. My suggestion is that you should refund atleast. 50% of the money paid

The trip was good just a bit disappointed that we could not go into the ocean because of the strong winds. The team on board was amazing. I am a bit disappointed that they did not know about the free skipper that shows as included in your package 🤨

First of all, let me give a shoutout to Samukelo!! We missed our original booking and she helped us move it to the next available slot, which was the following day. She also mentioned that, because there is a possibility of rain, the ride might get cancelled. Luckily, it was only a light drizzle and we were able to set sail. And there we were, on the ocean! It was an hour long ride. We saw cargo ships, the National Sea Rescue base site and views of Moses Mabhida Stadium. It does get windy out there so ladies, if you must wear a dress, wear a tight one. And remember to bring a jacket!

we were running a bit late, the staff kindly contacted us and did their best to give us tickets as quick as possible to make sure the boat doesn't leave us. The ride was smooth, they kindly assisted us with taking pictures etc. I would definitely recommend it! and will 100% do it again.

It was my first time going on a boat excursion and I was nervous as hell. The dock moves as you walk because it's floating on water. I was worried that my plus self was going to fall in, but nah it held up just fine. We had our picture taken before we got on the boat and onboarding was remarkably easy. ( Again, I am heavy set) Before we set off, Danipho introduced himself and the captain of the boat. He thoroughly explained the itinerary and how everything was going to go about. We set off, the winds and waves were a little too strong on that day, unfortunately we couldn't go out to the Ocean. But, we were given extra time to compensate for that. Music was awesome, the other passengers were an absolute vibe. Danipho took videos and photographs, he answered our questions and addressed any concerns we had. 10/10 service. The captain showed his mastery of the waves. The way he maneuvered around the currents and winds was impressive. The sites were something special. The harbour and cargo ships around us were a sight to behold. Though I was screaming my lungs out and holding on to my sister for dear life when the boat leaned a little too much on our side, it was super fun, funny, and a hell of a memory I will cherish for a long time to come. P.S: 1) Sea water will slap you in the face and back. 2) Ladies, I would recommend y'all were pants the winds out here will Marilyn Monroe you. 3) I would suggest sunglasses and if you have a hat on, hold on to it because it will be claimed by the sea. 4) Have your hairbrush handy, glue down your lace fronts or tie your hair, you are going to look crazy once you get off that boat😂.
