Disappointed with my stay at your b&b last night. Had to leave early due to an incident, and was surprised no one from the establishment checked in with me to see if I was okay. Expected better customer care, especially after the incident.
The Rooms are lovely and neat.
The service is good but some minor issues.
The location is peaceful and pleaseant
I booked for the 16-17 January room 01 there was a lady there who assisted me I forgot her name but oh she had the best service, definitely coming back coz of her. The overall stay was nice as well I just can’t get over that lady. Very respectful and kind.
Returning to Sanchia Luxury Guesthouse after a couple of years was a treat! 😊 My family and I were blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The rooms were immaculate, with some recently renovated to reflect the high standard of luxury you'd expect. Breakfast was a highlight, with attention to detail and dietary preferences that was simply exceptional! 🤩 The hostess and staff went above and beyond, making our stay truly unforgettable. And with its unbeatable location, close to restaurants, malls, and beaches, Sanchia feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend for vacation, business, or just a stopover - you won't be disappointed! 👏 Thank you for another incredible stay, Sanchia team! 🙏
