Scammers! Came to the property and it was student housing. I called and called and no one answered!! These folks take your money. I tried to get a refund and they refused to cooperate even though I had travel insurance. Please do yourself a favor and do not book a stay at this business!! You've been warned.
Scam. I booked, paid, showed up to the address...nothing there. No answers to calls.
We stayed here for 11 days in February. It was great. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms are very clean and serviced daily. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Durban at any time in the future.,
Service was fantastic, friendly and kind. Place was clean, Cool and very upmarket. Really feit like we were actually on holiday. Slept like a log, would recommend Mandalay any day. Sure will stay over again. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience and a really lovely stay.
Mandalay B&B is my preferred place of retreat whenever I want to escape reality. As a long term guest I can vouch for their outstanding service and world class amenities. The management and team are kind and considerate people. I have no other option but to recommend Mandalay. The breakfast is delicious. You get Coffee, juice, cereal as bonus. There is a pool that is always clean. Thanks Mandalay.
