It is located in the Westville area,clean quite,staff is friendly. Nice boardrooms. Clean rooms very private I will advise some who loves their privacy to go there.

Stayed here for three nights last month. The most dreadful experience ever. We arrived after a very long drive and were looking forward to a gin & tonic to unwind. What a joke. There was no bar! No alcohol at all on premises. Something that is not mentioned on website or when booking. We were hungry too but were then informed there was no restaurant! To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Breakfast was another big disappointment. No buffet, no toast, just one course of eggs &bacon that was tiny. The biggest insult though was that the only coffee on offer was instant!! How can a hotel that describes itself as luxurious be so basic? Rubbing salt in the wounds was the fact that a family at the next table were being brought numerous courses a several rounds of toast. Why were we treated so badly? Worse was to come. The first evening a rowdy group of women arrived and were shouting and screaming with laughter for hours. When I finally complained I was verbally abused and told to go back to bed ‘old woman.’ Disgusting behaviour! The manager turned up the next day and I told him what we had been subjected to. Miraculously the next morning we were informed there was fresh coffee after all and we were brought a round of toast. Big deal. This was the extent of the apology. My advice to the owners of this dreadful place is to warn people in advance they do not allow alcohol on premises. Why anyone with these beliefs go into hospitality is beyond me. Ludicrous. Maybe they should just close the place down. It was empty apart from us and one other family and I’m not surprised. Oh, have to mention they still had Christmas decorations out in April. Says it all really.

Beautiful spot in a safe boomed area with security. The rooms were large and kitted out with everything you could ask for and more. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Only down side would be that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and in the rest of the hotel.
