Transfer Dubrovnik-dubrovnik Airport

On time. Polite. Clean spacious car. Safe driver. Hassle free transfer. Were a bit slow to reply to messages but always did after a little while. Clear messages and I was happy.

Our outward transfer from Dubrovnik Airport to our hotel had been text book. so we happily nooked a return transfer. The transfer details at no point mentioned an arrival time.. However, we calculated that we should be at hotel reception for 8.00am which would allow 45.mins for our trip to the airport, in plenty of time for our 11.15 take off.. However by 08.25 there was no sign of our driver. I called the number and was told that the car had arrived at 08.00 but had picked up a passenger called Kerry and not my name (Gerry). So it was a slighly nervous time but happy to say that the driver arrived by 08.50 and dropped us at the airport for 09.30.

Driver was waiting at the airport for us with a name board when we landed. Friendly driver who gave us some tips on places to visit whilst in Dubrovnik. The transfer was great and very reasonable. Would recommend for transfers from the airport.

This service did not track our flight and therefore did not adjust to our early arrival. Otherwise a safe ride.

This service did not track our flight and therefore was not at airport early even though we were. Otherwise a quick safe drive.

Great service. My flight was delayed by several hours. They monitored the flight and were there to pick me up when I arrived.

Extremely reliable and excellent service! We were greeted as soon as we landed and enjoyed the ride to the hotel.

We had early morning flight to Vienna and your driver Šime made our transfer stress free. Also, few days later we had return transfer. Booking here is super easy and company is reliable. Recommended!

Everything was perfect and on time, driver was nice and kind. Highly recommended.

On time easy to find good communication Right price very friendly. Thanks

Our ride from the airport was exactly what we needed coming to an unfamiliar place for us! Our driver picked us up inside the airport with a sign and delivered us to our door just outside of Old Town. It was quick, efficient, and not too costly considering there were three of us and our bags.

Good service. They were easy to communicate with through the Viator app and the driver was there a couple minutes early and got us to the airport in less than 30 minutes.

On time and efficient driving. Vehicle was clean and driver friendly. Vate has always been dependable for transfers. I will use them again.

Flight was late. Texted to advise and they said they would check if they could get us. Once we arrived we were told 15 minutes. Shortly thereafter they said it would be an hour. This was international flights with 3 different connections. We ended up taking a cab rather than wait another hour or more for them to pick us up.

Driver needs to reach out and confirm pickup at least a day before or whenever customer gets charged. We were provided no contact info, I sent two messages to provider, via Viator, to confirm and did not receive any response. Finally I had to reach out to Viator to find the contractor's info, then I reached out the service provider to get the driver's name and number who never got back to us. Driver showed up exactly 17:01 (on at 17:00 pickup) and drove us to the airport (thus 4 stars). Standing and waiting in front of the hotel, I had to start looking up Uber and taxi options...The anxiety is not acceptable for the service as advertised. And please don't smoke in your car (even when you are not driving customers), the smoke particles stay in the upholstery, the smell is strong and some people may be allergic to that (cough drops helped me for the drive duration). Driver needs to be more professional (as the service is advertised), honking and waving and talking to your friends from the opposite side of the road and on the phone...may be all friendly to you, but that is not professional. Hope that helps.

Efficient and reliable service and process. Drivers were courteous and attentive. Excellent cars and very comfortable.

Good ride, friendly and informative driver who pointed out tips when renting a car in Croatia and driving to split.

Reliable. Good communication when our flight was delayed. Text when waiting in arrivals. Friendly driver. Would use again.

Our ride was early in the morning to the airport. The driver was early, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Efficient and lovely customer service! Very helpful driver and prompt. Spacious and clean vehicle! Definitely recommend.

Easy pickup and communication. Picked up us from Old Town with no issue. Got us to airport with plenty of time to check-in with no hassle

The driver was on time for picking me up at the hotel to take me to the Dubrovnik airport. The driver was very friendly, and responded to all communications I had with him in a timely manner.

No message confirmation from the driver in advance and couldn't reach him via whatsapp. We were waiting on the street, don't know whether he's coming or not. He finally text me at 7:38 (our scheduled pick up time was 7:30) saying he'll be late because of traffic conditions. Being late is understandable, but should've let me know before the scheduled time, not after, no sense of responsibility at all. The ride is fine, the car is spacious.

Driver was professional, friendly and ahead of time and the car was comfortable and clean. This all made for a very easy early morning trip.

Had a very early flight, booked through the app and within an hour they suggested a pickup time based on my flight. I was a little early downstairs but he was already waiting and ready. Friendly conversation and safe ride.

The driver sent me a message the day before to coordinate the pickup time. He arrived on time, and the car was very comfortable

Great communication and a smooth ride to the airport .Thank you.my flight was early in the morning and it was smooth.

All good :) our driver was few minutes early and pick up was at 4am. Helped with bags and everything.

The driver was professional and courteous. He arrived 5 minutes early even though it was 4:40 in the morning! Nice clean car and good driver.

The transfer from the airport to our hotel was great. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign and got us loaded in the car and on the way quickly! Our flight was delayed but no worries because he waited for us. I highly recommend using this company for your airport transfer. You won't be disappointed.

Great ride, traffic can be an issue but our driver knew traffic wasn’t an issue given the timing of our flight.

Had an early morning flight out of Dubrovnik so I wanted to make sure that I was good to go as far as getting to the airport. This was a great option. My driver walked up to the front desk of the hotel right when I was finishing my check out. Impeccable timing.

Contact with company through Viator went smoothly. Driver was only 5 minutes late but very apologetic. Car was clean. Made good time to airport. Cheaper than what the hotel wanted to charge.

On time and very respectful, driver gave us a history lesson of each town. Car was super clean and comfortable I'll definitely request this service again on my future travels to dubrovnik

Fantastic experience. He was waiting for us at 6:30am. Even suggested when to leave for the airport. Very congenial. Loaded luggage. Nice car. Highly recommend.

We book transfer from old town to the airport in the early morning. Driver Niko was excelente, smile on his face even though it was 4 am. Clean veichle, nice ride. Recommend!

Am always abit sceptical when there are not many reviews for things but this booking was absolutely fine and great. arrived on time, was polite and the journey was smootj no issues. thank you!

We highly recommend this service. The driver was very courteous and professional. We felt very safe and comfortable with the ride. Thank you!!!

Booked a transfer from out hotel to the airport to make things easier on the day we left. Very good service recommended. Great driver, friendly and helpful and perfectly on time. Good quality vehicles as well. Thank you

Niko our driver was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and it was a very comfortable ride. We would definitely use this service again.

Smooth ride to airport, friendly driver Delay in pick up since driver was not informed of an update on the physical address for pick up that I had informed Viator luckily had enough time prior to our flight

Niko arrived earlier than scheduled which is a good thing because I didnt have to wait long in the cold at 4am. Thanks Niko!

Exactly what was expected. On time and very professional. I would definitely recommend for a stress free transfer.

Great overall experience. The driver was prompt, professional and friendly. Glad I booked this service instead of taking public transportation. Very convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Thank you!
