Start with a pleasant ride along the Adriatic Coastline with an en route stop in the small village of Orasac where you will participate in a olive oil production demonstration to see how olive oil is produced the old-fashioned way - complete with a horse-run mill! You will also have the opportunity to taste some homemade cheese, smoked ham and wine. After your visit, continue toward the small town of Ston, know as the oyster capital of Croatia and famous for its 5km long defensive wall. Also interesting are the ancient sat pans where salt is produced the same way as it was in the times of the Dubrovnik Republic. After visiting Ston, enjoy a walk along the seaside in the town of Mali Ston with a magnificent view of the oyster and mussel farms for a taste the famous oysters from one of the purest seas in the world.
