Itinerary
Start with a short stop near the Franjo Tuđman Bridge, which crosses the entrance to Dubrovnik's Gruž harbor. See the bridge, the surrounding coastline, and the landscape around the inlet. There will be time to take photos before continuing to the next viewpoint.
Visit the Ombla River spring, where water emerges from beneath the surrounding cliffs. See the river, nearby greenery, and the landscape around the spring. This short stop offers a different view of the natural surroundings outside Dubrovnik.
Head up Mount Srđ for views over Dubrovnik's Old Town, historic city walls, Lokrum Island, and the Adriatic Sea. Spend time at the viewpoint, see the city from above, and take photos of the coastline and surrounding islands.
Explore Cavtat, a small coastal town south of Dubrovnik. Walk along the waterfront promenade, wander through the old town streets, and see the harbor and traditional stone buildings. You'll have around an hour to explore at your own pace or stop for a coffee by the waterfront.
Visit the Konavoski Dvori area in the Konavle countryside, known for its traditional watermills and the Ljuta River. Walk around the historic mills, see the river spring and waterways, and get a closer look at how water was used for milling in this rural part of Croatia.
Visit Sokol Grad, a medieval fortress built on a rocky hill above the Konavle countryside. See the stone fortifications and the surrounding landscape. The fortress reflects the area's defensive history and its importance in protecting local routes. Admission to the fortress is not included.
Finish the Konavle visit with lunch at Kameni Mlin, a family restaurant in Ćilipi serving traditional Croatian food. This stop offers time to sit down for a local meal and experience the region's cuisine before returning to Dubrovnik.

What a great guy “H” is. He was super attentive and made sure we all had a great time. The Mercedes van was pristine. The air con too was a joy. We visited several places. A coastal village. A remote castle and then an old water mill. We finished off having a traditional Croatian meal, lamb and veal with potatoes. These had been cooled in a fire pit for many hours. Amazing. We highly recommend this tour.
We had a wonderful time visiting places we probably wouldn't have thought of, finished off with a wonderful tradition meal at a fabulous location. Our guide was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The vehicle was lovely comfortable with great air-con and spotlessly clean. Would recommend and use again. Thanks for a memorable day.
From the shortest river in the world to the amazing castle on the pinnacle at Sokol Grad we covered 1000 years of history from this beautiful part of Croatia. H was a knowledgeable and patient host as our group of 6 ranged in age from 13 to 90 ! We even managed a stop at the beautiful Mills for some delicious local fare and wine
Took us to the best spots in Dubrovnik, in luxury cars and a nice talk. 100% recommend! Honest and nice people, cheers from Brazil.
