Excellent commentary, covered many highlights in a short time. And did I mention fun time with Denis.

We'd been to Dubrovnik old town before so wanted to try something different. We were met at the port by our driver, Kiril, who drove us first to a water fall then up the mountain roads for some great views of the town and coast below. We had some free time to explore the scenery (near the top of the cable car) before returning. It's not a long trip, about 90 mins, but it suited us very well. We were well looked after by Kiril who was very nice and a confident and safe driver.
It was a great experience. Our guide Luka was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Amizing trip good price and beautiful experience Iwill never forget. Highly recommended!
Very good experience! Super kind the driver showing us the beautiful city. I truly recommend it! 🙌🏼
Niko is the absolute best tour guide & driver we’ve ever experienced. His knowledge is exceptional & he plays 80’s music during the tour, so what’s not to love. 100% recommend this tour & Niko especially 🙌🏼
Left us for 30 minutes in 33 degrees with a child and elderly relatives. First call after 15 minutes - we’ll get back to you. Then wouldn’t answer any more… Very unprofessional, when we could have got other options like ship shuttle bus or taxi if they would have been honest. Real shame as the first part of the tour was good.
Really amazing scenic tour and our guide Nico was fantastic. Learned a lot about the place and it’s history.
Great experience with Niko and Goga
Was amazing, my man nico was friendly and so nicw
Great tour and great guide Denis(give him a raise)
My husband and I enjoyed our time with our driver Tony. He spoke of the history of Dubrovnik and pointed out many historical places and took us to some not so well-known locations. The ride up the mountain was amazing (and scary at times) but well worth it for the views. We had the option of being dropped off at the old town for a but chose hours and picked up later in the day but we chose to go back to our ship only because of how hot it was. But driving through old town was nice as well.
Nice stops and guide was informative. My only complaint was that we were not able to catch a Horizon shuttle back to the ship. We had to take the ship shuttle bus back which cost us €10 each. The return shuttle stop needs to be explained thoroughly.
The tour is going to be good when the team contact you before pickup time and communicate well, and when the guide is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. With extensive knowledge of local history and current situations, a cheerful demeanour, and an astute ability to relate to and welcome people, Denis took us to some wonderful viewpoints including seeing the old town set against the azure of the sea in the Bosanka area. We saw beautiful sights, had fun, and learnt lots along the way. Thanks for an incredible tour on July 7th, Horizon team!
Panoramic tour in Dubrovnik was excellent, beautiful view, arranged pick up. Highly recommend to everyone.
They adjusted to our schedule because our ship came in late. Communication was excellent (use “whatsapp”. The tour was really good and super efficient. Highly recommended!
It was surprising to see that there were only two of us on this excursion. However, our guide took us to many important places in this extreme heat. He was patient, helpful and answered all our questions. Owing to a misunderstanding with timings, we were still picked up at the chosen spot which was near Pile and were taken back to our hotel. All in all, it was a good start to our trip in Dubrovnik.
We had a wonderful tour of Dubrovnik, in the comfort of an air conditioned van! Our driver, Slavko, was fantastic and very knowledgeable, and we really had a fun time with him.
We stopped in Dubrovnik for the day on our cruise. We kayaked in the morning and walked the beautiful old city. We met Ivo outside the old city and he told us he could take us on a driving tour with great stops and scenery for a great price. He took 12 of us in 2 of his vans (one open air which was fun) and gave us a great tour of his city in about 2 hours. He took us where the tram goes and even a spot with a better view for great pictures. It was the perfect overview of Dubrovnik, he was friendly and informative and even dropped us off back at our ship. We were overwhelmed with the beauty of this city and will be back.
The views were amazing, the drive a little harrowing. I would not have wanted to be seated up front!
Wonderful tour! We got to see many sights, our driver Niko was friendly, on time and a safe driver. He gave us time to explore the city and took us back to the cruise ship on time!
Great tour of city with friendly driver and perfect photo stops along the way. Skip the cable car area - there are much better views.
Best views of Dubrovnik. We had a good time. Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable in the area. Gon Kisser our driver has a good character and very entertaining! Never a dull moment in his company. We recommend the trip to anyone visiting Dubrovnik
Ivo was very helpful and knowledgeable about local history and the area in general. We had a lovely day, seeing the old city and touring the area. He took us to breathtaking scenic spots
Our guide Dennis was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the entire area and took us to some viewing areas that most people don’t get to see. He also was quite entertaining.
This tour was well worth it, our guide is very knowledgeable and clearly very proud of Dubrovnik and its history.
Good communication with operator. They positioned several staff to greet us and guide us to the van as we left the port. Our driver, Christian, was great! Navigated the narrow windy roads, gave us info about sights, helped us in snd out of the van. The tour was perfect for us. Included beautiful views from the mountains, interesting local sights and free time to explore the old town on our own. Good company with friendly staff.
Our tour guide Goran was great. He was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable!
Gorman was so information about the sites we saw as well as the history of the country.
We loved it! Our tour guy Groan was so friendly n informative. Recommend it
Goran was very knowledgeable about his country. He provided an excellent tour.
John did an Awesome Job with Horizon!!
Got a was excellent !!! 5 stars. Very kind & fun & lots of historic facts!!
We had a panoramic tour with Goran for our tour guide. He was very knowledgable and very fun. He accommodated our group or 8 girls, making sure we had plenty of time for photos. He made the experience incredible. Highly recommend him and Horizons for a tour.
Goran was absolutely fantastic, he's so lovely and full of knowledge. He's an excellent guide. I would highly recommend this tour and Goran as the guide specifically.
Goran Was Amaizng tour guide. Many interesting facts with great information. Took many pictures and allowed us to take our time
Goran is the best guide and driver. I truely reccomend the tour around Dubrovnik.
Goran is the best! I highly recommend him! Full profesional!
Excellent excursion with our guide Denis who was perfect. Excellent time et very good informations. We do recommend it
Such a wonderful unexpected tour we were able to get when exiting our cruise ship. Dennis was amazing and very informative. Thank you.
Good guide, told us a lot, took photos of us, showed all around where one can drive in Dubrovnik (old town, only on foot). We got free time to spend in the old town and were picked up for the ride to the ship.
We loved the whole experience .Marin was so informative and took us to some really great places.result super photos and memories.Highly recommend
We enjoyed an informative and engaging two hours with Marin on our panoramic tour of Dubrovnik! Such an interesting guide with a wealth of information about this wonderful country!
We were a group of 3 couples, ranging in age from 33 to 56. Our guide communicated with us via WhatsApp and we easily found him near Pile Gate. He took us through the described itinerary and showed up places off the beaten path. He spoke English well and provided us with a lot of interesting information along the way. On top of that, the van was clean and comfortable and the price could not be beat. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who has a couple of hours to see things outside of Old Town.
A great tour and the whole experience was made even by the excellent guide Antonio. He was very thorough in explaining anything and knew how scenic picture are taken. He took all our pictures, that way we could include everyone in the group in every picture. 5 stars to Antonio. *****
We had a fabulous tour with Antonio today. He was an excellent photographer and captured the sunset/moonrise amazingly well in his photo takes! His love of his country is evident in his enthusiasm. We were so grateful to have him as our guide. I would highly recommend booking this tour.
Dennis was a fabulous guide who shared much history of the area. Gave a wonderful recommendation for light lunch before we toured Old Town! Very enjo6able.
We loved Tom and his dry sense of humor. He took us to great look out points and the shortest river in Europe. He gave a wonderful narrative of the history and geography of the region. His driving skills were superior. Tour drops you off at Old Town and then schedules a pick up time to bring you back to cruise port
Guide was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and had lived in several of the nations of the former Yugoslavia. The consequences of the war when Yugoslavia broke apart were a lived experience for him. He adjusted the tour to meet my wife's needs as she has issues walking far.
Antonio worked hard to provide excellent service to our group of six adults. He showed us many beautiful sights and overviews of Dubrovnik and took photos of our group. He even went beyond our expectations taking part of the group back to the ship at the end of the tour and dropped the rest of us off at old town— then provided us a ride back to the ship at no additional charge! We were very happy to be with Antonio and not in the huge bus groups we observed for other travelers.
