Not what I expected in terms of quality. For the same price, when arriving in Dubrovnik, I booked a luxury Mercedes van with a driver dressed in professional gear. My error though because no where in this particular booking does it state “luxury”. What I got was a tourist type branded “wine tasting experience” van, not very clean, no aircon (although it was offered as an option to switch on) and the van wasn’t in the best particular shape. I had to text and call the service provider as no confirmation came through on the day of. For the money, I should have secured the same transfer I did when I got to the country. (It was unable) I’m accustomed to a certain type transfer and was disappointed. The driver was friendly but that’s as far as my 3 stars would go.

What a great company, our driver ‘Captain John Kisser’ was chatty and enjoyed our conversation and laughter. He had many stories to tell us along our journey of his love for Shakira, his travels around the world, wild boar! and making the smooth transition into Montenegro a breeze.
Easy to communicate with, with fast response. Our scheduled time was 4am and our driver arrived a little early around 3:55am. Smooth drive to the airport and driver was friendly.
We ordered the cab ride from the airport to the hotel via Booking. Baiba, such a great and friendly driver, was waiting for us. She was on time and the communication with her via Whatsapp was so uncomplicated. She was also able to organize the trip home from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo for us later on. Marin, who was also the perfect driver and got us home safely, took care of the journey. Our friendly driver arrived punctually in a very spacious and clean van. Since we had plenty of spare time, he took us to a phenomenal panoramic spot along the way so that we could take our last and unexpected pictures. Great ride, great memories!!

Great service from Ivo Excellent response and at very short notice to take us from Dubrovnik airport to Split airport following cancellation of our EasyJet flight home. We had also used Ivo to take us up the mountain to the war museum and the Panorama Restaurant during our trip. A comfortable, air conditioned van and very prompt!
Ivo was there about a minute after we exited the airport. Very friendly, helped with the heavy bag and prompt for the drop off to the bus station as well. Very glad we opted for this.
I used the Dubrovnik Taxi service for the transfer to airport. My taxi driver was Ivo. Very professional and on time. Gestores my suitcase in his car meanwhile I was enjoying the last ours in Dubrovnik. Highly recommended.

Pre-booked the airport transfer for our first trip to Dubrovnik, always a little nervous when using transfers for first time. I can honestly say Ivo was extremely helpful with our booking and communications very clear. Very good value when compared to some companies. Driver waited at arrivals with our name on the board and with no fuss at all, we were at our hotel inside forty minutes. All staff very polite and vehicles immaculately clean. Would definitely use this service again, should we be lucky enough to return one day!
Everything was perfect! We booked the shuttle here for both the outward and return journeys and everything worked without a hitch. We would be happy to go again.
