I gave our driver instructions on when our plane was scheduled to arrive, the airline and flight number as well as my phone number. The flight was delayed about 35 minutes. He tried to call me but I was airborne and did not receive the call. Another member of our party arrived arrived 15 minutes before we did. They did not see anyone with a sign. The driver said he waited for some period of time, decided we were no shows and left. If he had checked the airline, he could have seen that the flight was delayed and what our new arrival was. We were stranded without a ride. I called the Viator help line and was advised to take a taxi to our hotel which I did for a $60 fee. I requested a refund but was advised that was not possible. I would be glad to reimburse the driver for gas money but I am very disappointed about how this was managed. James Holman

Worst customer service I’ve ever had with a simple transport. After trying to communicate with the operator as my flight came in much earlier than expected, the operator simply said in a very short email they were busy. No discussion, no apologies or further communication. Will never book through Viator again.

Driver was fine. Only issue is we were dropped off a little short of our stay location which caused a little difficulty in finding my accommodation but since it was near info office we got further directions to find our place.

The driver was waiting for me at the airport. When we drove to my apartment, we could not find the building. The driver was very patient and helpful. He called the management company and was able to find the place. He also offered tips for my stay and answered all the questions I had.

We booked for 3 passengers and later we changed to 4. Viator said no problems and helped us processed the request. They charged a bit extra for the added passenger to my credit card. We wanted a detailed confirmation and Viator said they already sent the updated information to local transfer company, and we had to check with that local company in the morning. So I called the local Transfer company to confirm the booking. The guy who picked up the phone was mad and asked me, ‘Can you imagine? I have 1000 of pickups and drop offs per day and every customer would have called me?’ And when the pickup time came the driver showed up with a small car and told us that the car could take only 3 passengers, and it’s illegal for that car to take 4 passengers!!!! We showed the driver with our updated booking ticket stating 4 passengers. This Trasfer company didn’t care and we had to leave one of us behind to take Uber instead. I plan to ask for refund of money they charged me for the 4th person. Not a pleasant experience.

It was a ride from the airport - nothing memorable. Driver was friendly. Price was reasonable. We did have to wait a bit for driver.

My flight was delayed and I reached out to shift the pickup time and no one answered and no one showed up. I requested a refund and they denied my request. Communication and service is awful!!

Friendly, accommodating, great conversation and sense of humour that was very refreshing. Van was clean, we were picked up on time, and she had a welcoming smile when we arrived.

Our flight was delayed by an hour. When we arrived there was no one waiting for us. I checked my messages but there was nothing from Transfer. I tried to call but it would not go through. After about 20 minutes we decided to take a taxi. While in the taxi, Transfer did contact me, but by then it was too late. If they had called or messaged me earlier to notify us they were running late, we would have waited.

After travelling all day, we arrived at Dubrovnik airport, expecting our transfer that we booked months ago to be waiting for us!! No, we had to ring, then wait another 1/2 hr for him to arrive to take us to our accommodation. No apologies nothing, very disappointed in this service. A local did help us, and told us this happens all the time.

We booked this airport transfer service from home prior to leaving Canada, for the convenience and because we had read that taxis are relatively expensive in Dubrovnik. No regrets! Our driver was waiting for us at arrivals, and she was friendly and engaging throughout the trip, giving us lots of good tips for our stay and sharing her personal experiences of living in the city. There was a lot of construction around our hotel in Lapad and our driver helped us navigate through that. We certainly recommend this convenient service!

Driver was on time, smooth and safe drive to hotel in a nice Mercedes (not sure if the Mercedes was a regular part of the service, since we chose the cheapest pickup available).

We had delays and I emailed company and kept them in the loop and came in late night and was told to hire someone else Requesting full refund

Landed at 1130am, got case by 1150, went through to arrivals to wait for transfer driver. After waiting 15 minutes we phoned operator to bee told driver hadn't been prepared to wait and had gone to another job. Representative told us to get taxi instead and we would be refunded. Viator refused to refund me. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid at all cost
