We toured Dubrovnik with Pavo. We did the Old Town 2 hour walking tour and it was quite informative. Pavo moved things right along, you are never going to see everything in such a short time, but Pavo walked us thru the town so we could get our bearings and shared lots of interesting facts about the town with us. He also was happy to help us plan activities before our tour and after, his expertise on the area was much appreciated and his suggestions were great!

Great day tour! The stops were perfectly timed. Breathtaking view at breakfast restaurant and tasty food. Lunch was in a historic family held mill house and the food was delicious. Our guide took time through out the tour to monitor border crossing delays. I felt comfortable with Filip’s driving which was important because the road is high on the seaside.

Our guide Pavo was born and raised in Dubrovnik. He walked us all through beautiful Old Town. He provided interesting history to each stop, which my husband loved, as well as all of the important Game of Thrones filming locations. Made we want to start from the first episode again! He gave great recommendations for things to do once our tour was over. Old Town is small, but I would not hesitate to have Pavo as a guide as we would have missed so many important details without him.

On Sunday, September 25th, we had a wonderful private tour of Old Town Dubrovnik with Tea G. Tea could not have been more welcoming, knowledgeable or helpful with tips and ideas of enjoying Dubrovnik. Tea provided an excellent overview of Croatian history dating back to the Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans and Venetians. Her explanation of the 1991/1992 siege of Dubrovnik was very illuminating and helpful when later we walked the Old Town Wall viewing the difference in the new (bombed out) versus old rooftops. This brought home the extensive damage done to this important UNESCO World Heritage site. Tea took us on an extensive walk around pointing out and providing the history on many important historical and a few not so historical sites such as Gianni and their Dubrovnik Wild Orange ice cream. We highly recommend contacting Tea G. for a fun and informative walk around of Old Town Dubrovnik.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Pavo. He was punctual, cheerful, engaging and informative. He guided us through the old city, explaining the history of Dubrovnik as we went. He then led us away from the crowds to the quieter back streets where he providing further insights on how the locals live. He had excellent tips on restaurants, which other sights we needed to visit and directed us to the best beach to see sunset. Thank you Pavo for a wonderful few hours.

This is NOT to be missed. Don’t waste money on a big tour, go with a pro and customize exactly what you want. This was worth every euro. We spent 2 hours on a private tour with Tea G. on 9/23/25 with 6 adults in and around old town Dubrovnik. She was such a knowledgeable, nice, personable and fun guide. Her English was impeccable and her historical perspective was so enlightening. We even got to see her water polo champion fiance walking by doing another tour. She will show you the main attractions but also take you off the beaten path to discover local treasures and stores. By the end of the tour we were all fast friends and walked away with a greater appreciation for Dubrovnik and its amazing people. Don’t miss this!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Dubrovnik panoramic tour with our guide, Pavo. Came for the old city tour of Dubrovnik, which was led by Pavo. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly guide, making the whole tour fun, entertaining and most importantly, enriching. Being a Dubrovnik local himself, he’d be able to give you even deeper insights into the life around the area and the interactions that locals have with the city. If you are a Game of Thrones fan, Pavo also has fun tidbits prepared to show you as you tour the city. Unfortunately, nobody in my family watched GOT so we were unable to fully appreciate the things he prepared. Nevertheless, the tour was impeccable and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a guided experience around Dubrovnik to look no further than Traveloco!!
