This was such a great tour! We came from a cruise ship and were picked up right across the street from the port. Our tour guide was so nice and knowledgeable. The wines we tried were all so good that we ended buying a few bottles to take home. I am so glad we got to experience this tour.

Thanks to Miho for a great tour. Authentic experience of wineries in Bosnia with great food and wine. Thoroughly recommended.
This was a wonderful trip. We had three different wine tasting experiences plus delicious food. It’s so nice to get away from the crowds and meet the locals and learn more about Bosnia and their food and wine. We highly recommend.
We had an amazing experience with Miho as our guide! He has lots of stories and is so charismatic. The wineries were beautiful and people were so welcoming. This was an unforgettable adventure during our trip to Croatia, and I highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Miho as our guide. His knowledge, professionalism and personality were a delight and added to the experience. The wines we sampled at both wineries were delicious. Miho did a great job explaining the history and engaging us in conversation. Both places were unique and made for a perfect day.
Can’t recommend this trip enough. Felt like we were in an episode of an Anthony Bourdain show eating the freshest food, drinking incredible wine, and accompanied by true locals. Our guide/driver, Miho, made the trip even more memorable with his vast knowledge and camaraderie he brought to our group. 10 out of 10 time
We had a fantastic time with Miho in Bosnia. Seamless pickup in Dubrovnik, 30 minute wait at the border, but still there in an hour at the monastery for our tasting. Not touristy in the afternoon and great wines, reasonable prices. The second place, a family winery, was the highlight of our trip — great wines, just our group of 5 and the winemaker and some family cats and a charcuterie plate for the ages! They were willing to give more of any wine. Bought some here, great prices. Then to a restaurant where Miho organized everything — we did very little, just ate all the meats! We were back in Dubrovnik by 8. This was the shortest and most expensive day trip we took from Dubrovnik all week (where we also went to Montenegro on a full day tour and the peninsula on a full day wine tour). Was it worth it — yes. Was it pricey considering that Bosnia has extremely reasonable prices, especially compared to Dubrovnik? Probably. But we enjoyed it and recommend it for those wanting to experience Bosnia. Thank you to Miho for a great afternoon, great pictures, and great recommendations.
Basically the title, but yeah, where to even start... So let's start with our driver; he was super friendly, told us so much information about both Croatia and Bosnia-Hertzegovina and was overall such a joyous person to be around. The wineries? Simply great; the wines were super tasty and could easily rival Italian or other popular wine countries, the pours were generous (especially in the second winery) and buying bottkes was suprisingly cheap considering how high-quality they were. And the food...next time I need to eat is probably in the next month. So while this is clearly one of the more expensive tours, it's more than worth it! But do remember to bring your passports and switch off roaming.
Highly recommend!!!! Amazing day. Local vines and great food and lots of cats, what else you need?. And an Miho is a great guide. Thanks Miho!
Miho was professional and extremely knowledgeable! He went out of his way to be sure we were not only comfortable but had a wonderful time The wines were interesting and delicious. Loved the small family vineyard.
We had such an amazing time yesterday! The views were awesome and the wine was so delicious. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
We had a magical day of trying delicious wine, seeing beautiful landscapes and tasting local produce. Thank you very much, we will be back!
Fabulous driver and guide, Bando, who had a lot of history and stories to share. We thoroughly enjoyed the family winery and the visit to Trebinje. Wonderful afternoon…. Perhaps would start earlier than 2pm as the border tends to get backed up around the time you get there…. But otherwise was great
What a wonderful day with Miho! We loved the individual attention and care of this private trip. Miho is kind and informative and is very generous with sharing his experiences. We learned about Croatia dnd Bosnia and the wine of the region. The family winery we visited after the monastery ( which was amazing) gave generous pours of some of the best wine I’ve ever had along side delicious meats and cheese and engaging conversations. The restaurant meal after the wine tasting was good although the wines at the restaurant were nowhere as wonderful as the vineyard - but to be honest by the time we got to lunch we were pretty filled of wine. All in all a wonderful day that we felt was well worth the cost And Miho is a gem. Thank you Miho!
We did a similar version of this excursion three years ago and enjoyed ourselves so much, we brought our friends and 18-year old boys back with us. And I screamed when I saw our driver was Mijo, the same one we had the last time. What makes a tour like this memorable is always the guide and Mijo is one of the best! He tells stories of the history of his country, his family and knows everyone at every vineyard. He even shared his secret family recipe for Croatian Baked Beans! The wine was plentiful and the food delicious (especially the charcuterie board at the second vineyard) and I would highly recommend this. Ask for Mijo!!!
Had a terrific day with our guide Miho touring Bosnia, Montenegro and Croatia and exploring wineries in each country. Miho was perfect guide, very personable and knowledgeable about each region and the history of the countries. We felt in very capable hands and Miho really looked after us. Lovely history at the first winery (monastery), sensational views at the second (Montenegro) and the opportunity for a great discussion about wine and vineyard history at the third (Croatia). We opted for village meal which was wonderful, picturesque, by the river. A great day spent - no negatives, we felt safe, looked after and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the 3 countries tour. Thanks Miho for your company - was lovely to meet and spend the day with you.
Miho was fantastic. He reached out the day before with meeting specifics. Picked us up in a new, clean van with a/c. Drove about 1 hour to the monastery. Then went to a family owned winery with great snacks and plenty of wine. Our third stop was a farm to table restaurant where he helped us order great Bosnian food. We would highly recommend this tour. Thanks again Miho for the great stories and history of your country.
Everything about this trip was outstanding! Meeting local families to experiencing the food Miho our guide was fantastic, he communicated with us prior to tour on pick up time and what to expect. His knowledge of the area was outstanding, his stories fascinating! Thanks Miho for making it such a special day!
10/10 best experience by far on our trip! We did a couple other wine tours on our Euro tour and this one was our absolute favorite. Would highly recommend and hope to be able to do some of the other tours they offer as well. Miho was awesome and share so much knowledge along the way. Can not recommend enough!
More than a tour, it is sitting in a beautiful terrace with incredible wine and food, and amazing company that welcomes you into their home. This intimate tour was a highlight of our trip. arhank you Miho!
We had an incredible day with Miho. He was friendly, informative, fun and made the trip better than we could have imagined. It felt like spending a day with a friend you haven’t seen in years while they take you around a beautiful country and share their experiences with you. Please take the opportunity to see Bosnia and Herzegovina with Miho.
We had a great time with Miho leading the way. We had never been to Bosnia Herzegovina before and he made it so easy for us. The wines were great and so were the people. This trip is an excellent way to get to know another part of the world.
We had an absolutely fantastic time on our wine tour in Bosnia, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide, Miho. He guided us through the monastery and a beautiful family-owned winery where we had a delicious cheese and prosciutto board. His military background provided really interesting historical knowledge of the region. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable day. If you're considering a wine tour in Bosnia, do yourself a favor and book with Miho- you won’t regret it. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful half-day trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our driver, Miho, was fantastic—his sense of humor kept the ride light and enjoyable. With his military background, he offered insightful context about the region’s complex history and past conflicts. The highlight for me wasn’t just tasting good wine, but witnessing the renewed bond between Miho, a Croat, and our winemaker, a Bosnian Serb. Not long ago, such a connection would have been unthinkable, making this moment especially meaningful.
We had a wonderful day with our driver, Miho. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much history with us including details of the war and how it changed Croatia. The monastery tour was very nice and the visit to the personal home for a wine tasting was amazing, Our lunch was delicious. All details were very nicely arranged and much thanks to Miho for a great experience . Highly recommend this tour and even better if you can request Miho,
Miho was a knowledgeable and generous host. The monastery was beautiful and the second winery was intimate and fun! All in all, a great day!
I went on this tour for my 30th birthday with my sister and our boyfriends and we highly recommend! I accidentally booked for the wrong day and only realized when I received a courtesy text from the driver with the details of the pickup a couple days beforehand. Josip was so sweet and worked very hard to try and swap the days. While it didn’t work out because they do so much planning in advance, the care and effort was much appreciated. That said, we still went on our tour with Miho, who had wonderful stories about the war and an even better sense of humor. All of the stops were unique and wines were generously poured and tasted fantastic. Extra nice is the tip for the wineries is included with the price you pay, as well as the taxes to cross the border. It ended up being a cold and rainy day but even so, SO worth the price and a MUST DO!! Ask for Miho!!
This is the best tour I have ever experienced. From the wonderfully guided tour of the Old City to the wonderful wine tasting and many other stops could not recommend this more! Our driver was wonderful highly recommended Miho and our guide in the old city was Nera was very informative and made the experience amazing. Can not recommend this enough!
Had so much fun on this tour! Our guide Baldo was great and had so many good recommendations! The winery in Bosnia was amazing!
Miho was a respectful, informative and personable host. He read the group well and tailored his tour accordingly. He gave us a great insight to the area and it's culture which has encouraged us to learn more. The three stops were very interesting with the hosts being attentive. The monastery was very interesting. The wine was delicious. The second stop at Bojanic was amazing. The spread was a celebration of Bosnian hospitality. We'd never had a fresh fig before. Bojanic wine lovely- best we've tasted. We bought two cases! We throughly enjoyed our Bosnian meal- the views were superb with beautiful food and wine. We enjoyed it for our lunch the next day! We would recommend Mihos tour! His stories were brilliant and we felt safe and looked after.
Our trip was fantastic, and having Miho as our guide was the best part! We began the tour with a pickup in Dubrovnik, followed by a wine tasting excursion in Bosnia. The experience included a guided tour rich in history, excellent wine, delicious food, and warm hospitality. Best regards.
We had an absolutely amazing time wi the Miho. He was so knowledgeable and gave us an incredible experience that we will never forget. He chose amazing wineries and welcomed us like family. I can’t wait to visit again!
We did the half day food and wine tour to Bosnia from Dubrovnik earlier this week. We booked directly with Dubrovnik Day Tours via their new premium wine tours website. The service and communication before the trip was excellent, including WhatsApp the day before from our driver Miho. The trip took us to an orthodox monastery who produce some Decanter Magazine Gold and Silver award wines, as well as being a beautiful place. The host was very knowledgeable and spoke really good English. We then visited a small wine producer who was very engaging, and produced great wines. The local produce was also lovely. The best Prosciutto I have ever tasted! Luna the dog was a star ! Finally a nice traditional meal in a local restaurant, followed by a stop on the way home to admire a view of the old town. Miho's vehicle was spotlessly clean, well driven and Miho was a great guide for the day, and good company! Top Tip: Ask Miho for his Baked Bean recipe and shopping tips!
The Bosnia food and wine tour was fantastic - a great chance to explore a very interesting region only a short drive away and have lots of delicious food and wine included. Miho was a superb guide with great knowledge of the region, told us lots of fascinating facts and stories, and, as a family with additional needs, he was really understanding and accommodating of our situation which meant a lot to us. We would thoroughly recommend this and Dubrovnik Day Tours to anyone planning to explore the region.
Had a wonderful time in Bosnia on the wine tasting tour - the three of us and Ivo! Ivo was very knowledgable and truly excellent company - one of the best tours, if not the best, I have arranged overseas! Thanks so much - from Jay, Lucy and Corrine!
